We stayed in this hotel for a week, the location of the property is convenient for visiting the village and visiting the main places of interest. Excellent and varied breakfast, helpful and attentive staff. The only flaw is the room: dark, hot and without adequate ventilation due to the underground location. We asked for a solution as it was too hot but we were not given any solution. As for the structure, it is a bit old and poorly organised, reaching the floors is a bit of a labyrinth.

L'albergo necessita di qualche piccolo ritocco per renderlo più moderno e accattivante ma... sono stata benissimo... la camera pulita e confortevole, tanta privacy, la Spa è un gioiellino e le ragazze del centro benessere deliziose. Il personale del ristorante è da mille stelle: gestiscono 300 persone tra pizze, menu alla carta e proposta per la mezza pensione. Unico piccolo groppo in gola: il trapuntino in poliestere foderato in poliestere. Posizione incantevole, torneremo! Grazie di tutto.

Delusa dalla camera singola, per essere un 4 stelle, la mia stanza singola, nemmeno molto economica, ma ci sta per la categoria, era proprio pessima: arredamento vecchio, cattivo odore, un tavolo porta tv ( se così può essere chiamata) che faceva rabbrividire da come era stato concepito, due piedi presi da non so dove con due staffe a vista orrende. Il cestino del bagno non era stato vuotato, se lo saranno dimenticato, aveva il pedalino rotto, così come rotto era un porta sapone riposto nell’anta del pensile del bagno. L’ho trovata pulita, questo sì, ma per €118 a notte mi sarei aspettata molta più cura.

Essendo in possesso di buono Wonderbox ho provato a prenotare un soggiorno come previsto dal buono. Dopo vari tentativi mi è stato tranquillamente detto che con questi pacchetti si può accedere solo in certi giorni, cioè quando non ci va nessuno. Trovo che questo sia molto scorretto. Senza contare che per avere una risposta al telefono sono rimasteoin attesa di cinque minuti.

Location discreta, un po’ datata, ma ottimi servizi e ottima accoglienza. Disponibilità di parcheggio, servizi di SPA e fitness, ottimo ristorante con vista, camera spaziosa con sauna in camera. Personale davvero super gentile! Consigliato anche per la localizzazione rispetto il centro città!

Ho pagato una camera con bagno turco interno inutilmente.Perche il bagno turco non funzionava.Nonostante avessi comunicato il disguido in reception.Sono andati in camera a resettare il tutto ma nulla.Inoltre il lavandino era crepato.Nei corridoi delle rooms (distaccate) dalla reception quindi completamente in un’altra struttura c’era puzza di cloro. Non credo meriti 4 stelle questo hotel. Vi consiglio di non metterci piede!!!

Prenotazione tramite agenzia: una camera per 5 persone (2 adulti e 3 bambini), pernottamento e colazione. Attendiamo un giorno a confermare la stanza, per accordarci con degli amici che pernottano altrove: il prezzo passa da 205 a 230 (eslusa tassa di soggiorno) con la giustificazione che è l'ultima camera rimasta. In passato ho frequentato per lavoro altre strutture a quattro stelle, per cui le aspettative erano alte; al check-in la delusione: una costruzione di almeno 30 anni inserita in un complesso commerciale dove non si distingue l'hotel dal resto, camera ristrutturata, ma mobilio del bagno con pezzi mancanti, muffa nella doccia, marciume sulle padigliane delle porte. Pulizia della camera mediocre: capello tra le lenzuola, polvere sui mobili, trappola per formiche in un angolo e formiche vaganti nella stanza. Dei quattro posti letto presenti, due sono su un divano-letto, il set di biancheria da camera (asciugamani) fornito è per tre persone.

Hotel situato a 10 minuti dal centro, parcheggio sotterraneo non proprio comodo però meglio di niente...le camere andrebbero controllate prima della consegna, polvere negli armadi,bicchieri sporchi, il sali e scendi della doccia rotto, gli sportelli dei mobili messi male... il terrazzo gode di un ottima visuale,ma sarebbe ora di verniciare le ringhiere... la spa è accogliente

Scarse le camere, pessima accoglienza al limite dell'educazione, scarafaggio nel bagno, aria condizionata sparata sul letto con conseguente colpo d'aria che ha rovinato la vacanza. Zona spa senza nessuna assistenza ma carina. Colazione nella norma. Non torneremo di sicuro
