Room had kitchenette with no plates or utensils. Microwave breakfast was bad. Full refrigerator made minimal ice. Front desk people were friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom were ok. Place was convenient off interstate. Wouldn’t stay here again

This hotel was chosen for me through Priceline Pricebusters. You book and then they tell you which of three hotels you are staying at. Looks like we got bottom of the barrel. We checked in at about 130 a.m. so too late for us to go anywhere else right now. Priceline doesn't stand behind their hotel picks either. The chair looks like it was pulled out of a dumpster. It is peeling and the arms are broken down, with worn seams as well. There was an unclean odor in the room as well. Can't really place it but it's definitely stale. Lesson learned!

We stayed here before and were quite satisfied but our last visit last week was a disappointment. When we first walked into our room there was a definite musty smell. We dealt with it but when I did some push-ups on the carpet I realized that it smelled like urine. My wife said not to complain but it was a bit of a drag. I asked about a leaky shower head and it didn't get fixed. Unfortunately our next-door neighbors had a "happy time" at 3:00 am and it was so noisy I couldn't sleep.It also seemed that some people who stayed there would hang out by the side door and sometimes prop the door open. Sorry to say, we won't be staying there in the future

This place was great. Nice room, larger than normal. Staff was very friendly. Coffee available at all times. Several places to eat within walking distance.

Had a handicap room for three nights. All three nights sounded like kids playing on a jungle gym above our heads!! Staff wouldn’t do anything about it!!

Great place to stay. The hotel and staff were great. The rooms are large, clean and the beds are very comfortable. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. There are a lot of places to eat close by and it’s right off the highway. I’ll definitely be back.

Well this place is the most beautiful place and friendly place the people was great and very helpful I can't tell you how much it was a load off to have a place that was willing and so accepting of all the animals we had!

It was very clean and quiet the staff was very friendly and helpful. In a great location close to anything you’d want to be near close to restaurants and easy access to the interstate. I would stay again no matter what.

I had a reservation in the summer of 2023. The management decided to allow their hotel to be overbooked (okay, it happens), then told us they would try to help us find other accomodations in the area. After several phone calls, this was not possible. Then magically, seemingly out of nowhere, the hotel DID have a room available, but for a higher price. Apparently, attempting to price gouge customers is the way this business, does business. Good luck with that. I will never stay at a My Place, ever. They lost a customer for life (and potentially hundreds or thousands of future customers--if you are reading this, buyer beware). If you are coming at a non-busy time of year, maybe your experience at this hotel will be positive. But if unethical business practices bother you (even if they don't happen to affect you directly, but could), this probably isn't a good choice for you.
