I need to wait for 20mins for check-in.. in fact, it is difficult to find someone for help after 11pm, or even daytime... Nobody in reception is available for serving the guest.
The floor of the room is very dirty and the breakfast is below standard.....

The Microtel in Loveland was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is right off I-25, easy to find with plenty of parking. Most any services are close by. Our stay, visiting family in Ft. Collins, was a good value compared to the prices in the area...probably had something to do with the CU/CSU rivalry football game going on on Saturday. Anyway, would most definitely stay again.

Checked in and went to the room. The room had not been cleaned, dirty towels in bathroom, trash not emptied, bed not made. Offered another room but no TV. They came up and brought clean towels and made the bed with clean sheets. Could not use shower because it was not cleaned. I am a DIAMOND Member and this is completely unacceptable. I never heard from the manager or owner after my stay.

Vehicles pulling trailers or other items shouldn't park in parking lot taking up 5-6 stalls. This forced many of us to park in other parking lots of other hotels or in the street.

Clean rooms. Nice pet area outside. Large lobby for guests to relax in. Curious staff. Breakfast was good. Could use more coffee creamer selection.
