Wyndham Loutraki Poseidon Resort

I will rate the place as 5 stars it says it is... In the short time we stayed there we had two encounters with two large red cockroaches on our welcome porch, thrown things behind the rooms, the bathrooms in the pool, the women's, were broken, so you had to go to the room every time, every now and then we had a program with speakers disturbing the peace, so that the French could have a good time, ignoring the rest.. the step in one part of the pool was taped for two days you couldn't use where I found the missing piece in the pool and gave it to them to fix... before an accident happens, cleaning pool outside with pressure machine 10:30am with all the people inside plus little kids bathing and all the dirt and grime getting into the pool and floating around for several hours...thankfully after bathers yelling to stop. .., the umbrellas to discipline us and they in turn not to open because most of them are rusty and torn.... It certainly doesn't resemble a 5-star hotel, especially at the price that was on offer.... The staff is very kind!!!! Too bad

Nous passons nos dernières heures dans ce resort. Nous sommes partis avec Fram. Le logement, un bungalow avec terrasse était bien agencé et propre, nous avions une baignoire et une douche. Le tout au calme et confortable. La nourriture est très variée (2-3 viandes et poissons à chaque repas + grands choix de salades, desserts très bons), avec des repas à thèmes, des classiques et des spécialités grecques. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idyllique puisqu’il dispose de 2 plages et une belle profondeur pour aller voir les poissons. L’équipe d’animation est adorable, notre fille passe d’excellent moment avec Charlotte qui est bienveillante et attentive. Bref, nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour et le conseillons à ceux qui cherchent de l’authenticité, de la détente et de bonnes vibes.

Cet hôtel n’est pas un cinq étoiles. Le site est très joli et le petit déjeuner très bon mais de très nombreuses insuffisances sont relevées : - une partie des suites ne sont séparées les unes des autres que par une porte intérieure - les espaces communs ne sont pas nettoyés régulièrement - la salle de sport est à l’abandon (pas de serviettes, des équipements ne fonctionnant pas, du papier toilettes pour essuyer les machines) - une partie des jardins n’est pas entretenue - la deuxième piscine est sale L’hôtel est exploité également par FRAM.

Very far from 5 stars... The rooms are frankly not superb... Curled ceiling, a decoration bordering on non-existence. The All inclusive is limited to the meal, you very often have to take out your bank card for the bar. We will however note the extreme kindness of the staff, smiling, helpful and attentive to your needs. As well as the setting, infrastructure which is very well placed and very beautiful, A big thank you to the reception staff as well as Francesca (electric car by night) Mike (bar) Katerina (bar) and Haffid (Animation Heliades) who were there for us and made us forget this shabby room. I still recommend this hotel if you go directly through them. Don't get fooled by booking through a third party. (Heliades in particular.)
