It was a lovely comfortable stay. The staff was super nice, very friendly and extra helpful. I give this place a 9/10. Would give this place a 10/10 if they had Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner Service.
Other than that, it's an amazing, comfortable, home like place to stay.

The last time we were in Louisville we stayed somewhere else and stopped in for a drink. We knew right away the next time we come, we are staying here. Easy check in / check out and everything about this hotel is nice. Beautiful decor, clean and comfortable rooms. We had dinner and breakfast at Repeal and the food was very good, along with the service. I wish I remembered the bartender’s name, he was great! Lulu, Jamal and Doug were all so nice and helpful, too! Ps…they have complementary Old Fashions each night! We definitely recommend staying here!!

The hotel is beautiful and in a good location on 4th Street. Multiple restaurants and bars to eat but be sure to set reservations. The beds were comfortable but the sheets were very stiff and there was no thick comforter. Parking can be a little confusing, more signage needs to be visible because of valet and everything else the parking garages are hard to see. We had a larger vehicle and had to use a different parking garage, and due to all the valet in the front part you couldn't see where that parking garage was therefore we ended up parking in public parking garage down the road. Hotel staff was good about this and refunded us for the hotel parking so we was not double charged.
One thing that I noticed that would be a big help to visitors is more signage within the hotel and parking garage. The hotel is very large and all the floors look the same so you can get quite turned around with which Tower you're going to or where the restaurants are located. For example, it would be good to have some signage inside the elevators so that you know which floors have access to which restaurants/skywalk.
Would definitely recommend this hotel and will be staying here again.

My stay at TownePlace Suites Louisville North was exceptional, especially during the busy Bourbon and Beyond festival weekend. Despite the high demand, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The hotel was impeccably clean, the rooms were spacious and fresh, and everything worked perfectly. Chloe and Linda were especially helpful, managing our numerous packages with a smile and storing them safely for several days. Their kindness and hospitality truly made our trip memorable. I am forever grateful for their assistance and the wonderful service we received. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Louisville!
A quirky boutique stay in Louisville- Kentucky- The Grady combines contemporary luxury with a well-balanced measure of historic charm. Located on the aptly named Main Street- its restored revival-style facade hints at the modern opulence inside. See the history of Louisville come to life through thoughtful details in the design and decor. Butterflies and bees subtly represent Muhammed Ali- one of the most famous residents of the city. Horseshoes are a nod to the Kentucky Derby. And shamrocks represent the Swann Hat Company- a famous milliner that once made the building their home. Reclaimed wood ceilings and copper tones in the luxurious bedrooms create a warm atmosphere that flows through to the communal spaces- including a library and central fireplace. There is no better spot for people-watching than The Wild Swann restaurant- which serves up tempting small plates and expertly mixed cocktails with a healthy dose of Southern hospitality. Step outside- and you will find yourself in the beating heart of the largest city in Kentucky. Discover a rich cultural scene. Tuck into some fantastic food. And enjoy exploring streets lined with historic buildings that beautifully evoke their glory days. The Grady is a Small Luxury Hotels of the World property.

The Sheraton Louisville Riverside (and particularly Eric) went out of their way to accommodate 160 band kids, plus directors, staff and chaperones on one of the highest demand weekends in Louisville! They made sure their prices were competitive, breakfast was provided and we had everything we needed for a fabulous competition weekend. When Eric set it all up, he even offered to come see our students compete! Sadly, the competition was cancelled due to Hurricane Helene but Sheraton Louisville Riverside took excellent care of us on this important but chaotic weekend! If in Louisville again, this is definitely where I’ll stay!

Clean and spacious room. Kind and pleasant staff with whom I interacted. Very good location with much to take in nearby and many good restaurants. Despite the large sign at the front desk that states only service animals allowed, I was annoyed by the constant barking of a dog across the hall. Also, I asked for housekeeping at the midpoint of my 5 night stay as I was out of soap, paper and plastic cups, & coffee, plus the 2 small waste cans were overfilled. I was told they would tidy up the next day, but no one did. Front desk said that she didn’t know what happened and that she was sorry. It’s a nice place, but seems to be a bit haphazardly run with little attention given to detail.
Nestled in downtown Louisville on historic West Main Street, along Museum Row, 21c Museum Hotel Louisville is a multi-venue contemporary art museum, an award-winning 91-room boutique hotel, and home to acclaimed Proof on Main restaurant. Stay with us and the iconic Red Penguin.

During our recent stay at 21c Museum Hotel in Louisville, we had some positive experiences but also encountered significant issues that completely marred our visit. On the positive side, the food and cocktails at Proof on Main were fantastic. The staff at the restaurant as well as the the friendly doormen, contributed positively to our stay. We also appreciated the art gallery, a highlight from our previous visit, which once again added a unique touch to our experience. Our room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed, meeting our expectations. However, upon checking in, we discovered that the perks we were entitled to through our booking with a travel advisor, such as breakfast, property credit, and room upgrade, were not initially applied. The front desk eventually resolved these issues by providing breakfast vouchers and confirming our upgrade, though the lack of initial acknowledgment was disconcerting. Additionally, when we checked out, the property credit was not applied which added our frustration after the experiencing the peculiar situation below. Unfortunately, a troubling incident involving my missing purse from our hotel room overshadowed our stay. Despite our assurances that it was likely taken by accident with the linens, the hotel's handling of the situation was extremely poor. We spent considerable time dealing with the front desk, cancelling credit cards, and worrying about the lost purse, which significantly affected our trip. Although the purse was eventually returned, the staff's reluctance to take responsibility and the persistent issues with our booking perks left us with a negative impression of the 21c Hotel brand. Over a week later, I still have not received a response from management about our experience. We will not be back nor will we recommend 21C to others.

We were traveling with another couple and needed a quick stop, booked this hotel as it was off the highway. It is not in Louisville but in IN., and not the greatest location. Very confusing on how to get in to the lobby, the hotel in the background is not used for regular guest, the motel part was a tunnel of doorways, nicotine smoke filled many of the hallways, carpets are filthy, no air conditioning in the common spaces. Then we got to our room, no access as the door handle was broken (lit up green but would not open), up to the lobby to the second room where there was no air condition, smell of food, and an odd cell phone propped up in the window camera facing the bed. We had to leave as the accommodations were not acceptable, guaranteed a refund, then the hotel denied the refund the next day, told our credit card company we never showed up. Tried to reach management, they refused to contact us back.

GGuest UserThis was the second stay for my husband and I at the Cambria. Our first trip was in 2022 and we loved the hotel so much we booked it again for our 2023 trip. Check in/check out was extremely smooth. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and had all the amenities. There is on site parking and an overflow lot across the street. The location is great, so many things to do and see within walking distance. And our favorite thing about this place, the on site bar :) When it get's later in the evening and you do not want to walk the city streets or places are closed at 6:00, you can come back to the hotel and continue to have a couple drinks!! I highly recommend this place to all of our family and friends. We will be back in 2024!
GGuest UserThe hotel is beautiful and in a good location on 4th Street. Multiple restaurants and bars to eat but be sure to set reservations. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will be staying here again.
I stayed with my fiancé as a getaway to some health issues he had earlier this summer and for a change of scenery. Beautiful exterior and lobby. It appears they have either local or vintage art throughout. The rooftop bar and resteraunt had a great ambiance and beautiful views of the city. We enjoyed the happy hour and other small bites and the food was fantastic. Based on these things, I expected the rooms to match the charm. I was so disappointed however that they didn’t. There’s room for improvement as far as some additional art decor in the room and the lighting is terrible. In the evening, the dim lights make you feel claustrophobic and a little like you’re in prison (eek!). The beds were comfortable and pillows were great, so a few changes could really turn things around. I think the biggest issue this hotel will face in the long term is upkeep and cleanliness. For being only opened a year, it’s starting to feel run down. There are chip and loss of paint on the walls, and the carpets have stains throughout. I’d fire the manager and hire a new director of housekeeping. In the bar upstairs, one of the lounge benches was missing about a yard of fabric and was shredded so badly it was embarrassing. You could see the foam. The showers have a half of a door, so water easily can make the bathroom floors wet. I’m wondering if this is causing water damage, since on the ceilings is appears that it may be. Also, they don’t accept all major credit cards, which their website didn’t indicate. When I checked in, they shared that their system is “finicky” with Discover card. They were nice enough to extend a 50 dollar credit for the hassle, however. Overall, If you’re in town, come for a drink or dinner, but stay at the Omni or a Marriot.
GGuest UserIt is a pet friendly hotel however there’s no grass area on the property. You have to walk across the street and down half a block to a spot in front of a white castle. Was a little strange. The bed was comfortable and bathroom is spacious. Parking across the street was easy but the one-way streets made it time-consuming to drive around the block with 3 stop lights after unloading. neighborhood was a little sketchy and a homeless man 1 block away was pressuring me for money.
GGuest UserWe have stayed here before to go to 4th street live. It is walking distance so that makes it super convenient. We love the rooftop bar! The food is great and its a fancy atmosphere with fire light and glowing furniture. The food is really good there as well. This particular trip however, we were going to see Willey Nelson on a Thursday and the rooftop bar (outside area) was not open and we were very disappointed, but our fault for not checking first. The breakfast was good and the two girls that worked the breakfast area were bad asses. They were super busy when we went there and were running around like crazy to make sure everyone was happy. Great work to them.
刘刘Stayed here for the second time, because it was on Saturday, so the price is more expensive than usual, but the hotel is good, the swimming pool gym has, do not like to eat old American breakfast, go out to the hotel for a few minutes to have Chinese food, location Very good, there are shuttle buses from the airport for ten minutes. Overall recommendation.
LLIANGThe hotel is known as a four-star hotel, the hotel is located near the airport, there is a shuttle bus to pick up and drop off passengers to and from the airport, the most convenient to live here. But perhaps it is different from the specific room selected. I chose the best price for a double room, with no small refrigerator, microwave and ironing facilities in the regular hotel. There are few restaurants and service companies within walking distance of the hotel, and it is somewhat inconvenient to have no vehicles of their own. The service of the hotel is acceptable, but it is not a buffet breakfast every day (except Saturday). The hygiene of the hotel meets the standards of a four-star hotel. Friends who recommend traveling on business or self-driving tours can choose to stay.
JjustpassingthruExcellent low spot rooms were clean well-kept linen was spotless the front desk Clerks tend to stare at you too much when you come downstairs for breakfast, and they hawk-eye your plates as if you're not going to eat a sausage biscuit and a bagel would you pay $6 for if you order on this website here. Either way, hot shower totally worth it, neighbors are quiet my room was near the elevator, and it didn't smell like a locker room in the fitness center. Although it was an excellent day and I was very happy, even extended by a day. I think you'll love it oh, it's typical Ramada Style at a price we can all afford!
GGuest UserAttended a trade show at the KY Expo Center. Hotel was conveniently located. Wish breakfast offered bigger selection, but it was adequate. There were almost NO restaurants in the area. Due to my own fault, I messed up our reservation; the hotel management helped me straighten the mess that I created.
Nned fBooked online for family to see thunder on Ohio, front desk lady checks me im then asks how many adults I say 2. She says other guests name I say Adrian. She says ”where is he!” I say well she's disabled so she's waiting in my car. This woman starts screaming furiously ” if he disabled then how will he get up stairs!” I calmly said calm down I'll just help her up the stairs. I repeatedly said please just let me go get her if you need her While she says stay right there! Every time I looked outside she keeps screaming no! You stay right there! She gets on her phone says” I have security check your car for him where is he!” By now other guests gathered to laugh at me getting yelled at by her while her ”security” looked more like her husband, wandered through the parking lot looking for a man with my wife's name evidently. She was just too irate to communicate with. I finally said look please just refund me. She prints a refund points to the door yelling get out! While other guests laughed. I walk past her ”security” mugging me all menacingly to my wife and tried to explain why we had to leave. We were well dressed in a new car, well behaved. It was appauling. It all but ruined our very expensive trip to thunder. Wife was very upset. The extended stay was like heaven for a few bucks more.
