Hotels Near Lane Bryant in Louisville

This hotel has the best Front Desk staff. Since I stay here for work, my schedule often changes. When I take my shifting schedule to the desk, they earnestly attempt to accommodate my early arrival, my early departure, etc. They cannot always work it out for me, but they try. The effort is appreciated! The rooms are clean and never disappoint.

In the past I have depended on my fellow TripAdvisors, and I thank all of you. Therefore, I am doing my part now. Sometimes we have to travel, and it is good to know when their is a safe place to stay. During Covid, we have declined many family events, but this one we felt we needed to attend. We booked three rooms: a King, and a Double Queen which adjoined our King two-room suite. When we came to the hotel, we were greeted warmly and safely. Each room was spacious and clean. The bathroom has lots of counter space around the sink for getting ready before an event. The two-room King was especially nice with a bar sink, mirror, microwave, and refrigerator. The beds were super comfortable. There are other Marriott properties next door, but there was no noise. There is a major shopping center/restaurants nearby. There was coffee and muffins available downstairs. I warmed my blueberry muffin in the microwave and it hit the spot. It has been a week since we were there and the only two who are sick played with the toddler with the runny nose. :)

This hotel feels very satisfied, the overall feeling is good, the room is clean and the lobby staff is very warm and friendly. The traffic is also convenient, not far from the highway.

Ok room with a great location. Lots of places to go within walking distance. Pool is not heated. My only ding is the breakfast. It was woefully anemic with offerings and not good at all. Stay for the location, but bring your own food or plan to go out for breakfast. Also coffee was not good and there no flavored creamers.

The hotel is well Maintained and the Bartenders are great. The highlight of our visit is when I spoke about a small incident to the front desk. Melissa handled it perfectly and was a total sweetheart. I tried to get her to move to Texas and work for us as a Manager but she declined. Not really but she is amazing and should be considered for a Management roll as she possesses the qualities you can’t teach. Thank you and see y’all soon.

This property is conveniently located near lots of restaurants, shopping centers, and family oriented attractions. It is a V-shaped building that houses both a Hampton Inn and a Home2 Suites. Both are served by the same front desk. Once you are in the lobby, turning right gets you to Home2 and left gets you to Hampton Inn. The building is new (or recently updated) with a modern fresh look and has pleasant grounds. Breakfast is above average. But the good news ends here. Guest service(s) is horrible. Even this is an overstatement because ”horrible service” implies an existence of service. I don't believe this place offers any service to be honest. During my stay, I wasn't lucky enough to benefit from any service that one expects to receive at a hotel; especially a hotel of this kind and level. A sign which read something along the lines of ”We temporarily stepped away from the front desk to help other guests. Will be back momentarily. Thank you for your patience” was permanently displayed on the front desk during my entire long-weekend stay. While I myself was waiting, I have witnessed several guests waiting, waiting, and waiting more before giving up and leaving the lobby. Something must have happened to Hilton properties at the corporation level regarding their towel policies; because I see offering only two sets of towels, down from three of just a year ago, which is down from a set of four towels in the room from a few years ago has become the norm now. I don't mind re-using the same towel multiple times, but if the only towel you have is still wet from the previous shower, it would be nice to have another one to use while the previous one is drying. Now this brings me to the horrible service part: Dear Hampton Inn. You are in hospitality industry. Your business is founded upon accommodating guests. You are not running a military camp, prison, or back-packers' youth hostel. Getting a set of fresh towels shouldn't be an 18-hours, 5-attempts ordeal for your guests/customers/clients, whatever you consider us as. Yes, five attempts: 1) a phone call to the front desk in the morning with no success, 2) an in-person request at the front desk with no success even though ”oh yes, I will text housekeeping now and have them delivered to your room”, 3) Another in-person request at the front desk with no success even though ”sure, I will be right back with your towels” and never be back after a 20-min wait and giving up, 4) Another phone call from the room with no success, and 5) Yessss!!! finally mission accomplished. Operation AVOID (Attempts in Vain to Obtain Immediate Dryness) has now been successful after I asked the front desk staff in-person and this time refusing to leave without towels. Continuing with the horrible service saga. About 5 hours after I checked out I received a phone call from the hotel asking when I am going to check out. When I stated that I have already checked out, I was told that I still have ”lots of stuff” left in the room.

The Sheraton Louisville Riverside (and particularly Eric) went out of their way to accommodate 160 band kids, plus directors, staff and chaperones on one of the highest demand weekends in Louisville! They made sure their prices were competitive, breakfast was provided and we had everything we needed for a fabulous competition weekend. When Eric set it all up, he even offered to come see our students compete! Sadly, the competition was cancelled due to Hurricane Helene but Sheraton Louisville Riverside took excellent care of us on this important but chaotic weekend! If in Louisville again, this is definitely where I’ll stay!
