Great place to stay and friendly staff

It was a good experience!Clean,customer service was good

We stayed for 2 nigh t to go to a Bats game, walk the bourbon tours, went to the Sluggerville museum. The airport was fine for a few days. The room was clean and only issue was the faucet handle came off of the sink - which we reported and they fixed. Breakfast was standard Wyndham hotels continental but was sufficient. I will say for being at the airport and next to a 8 lane highway, the rooms were very quiet.

This hotel was truly a mistake!! From arrival the lady at the desk was rude barely spoke. We went to our room and OMGOSH!! After a long day of driving we reserved a suite with a hot tub. Disgusting, dirty walls, chipped walls, wet carpet from the hot tub (we assume), stained sheets, stained tub of dirt, a sink that would over flow from the drain up and run on the floor to disgusting smell. My husband went and asked for another room and they obliged. The room was not much better but we were tired and there for 1 night. The lady in the breakfast room had her head down on her cell phone 98% of the time. You had to ask for her to clean a table when someone left, or refresh of the food which was horrible. Never lifted her head from social media (yes FB), so rude. The only good service we received was from the gentleman that looks after the cleaning, mopping of floors. We had to go upstairs with our luggage with no elevator and he was nice enough to carry my bag for me! I called TD rewards ******* because our 2nd room was a substantial difference in cost. Hotel manager said ******* wold have to refund the money. ******* (25 days later) said they are still waiting for someone to contact them to verify my store. NEVER EVER AGAIN would I book hotels through ******* rewards.

I would recommend this day to anyone. I had no complaints when it comes to staying at Baymont on signature Drive. I recommend it to anyone I give 4****!

I came around derby last year and am still here the people are fabulous that work there and I love them all and I would re onend it to any one who stay s at a hotel I wouldn't change a thing the area is great lots of good restraunts to eat out all around
