We actually really loved this hotel despite the tricky reception and the slightly spartan feel of the rooms. The winner is the location - surrounded by trees near the top of the mountain felt wonderful - so far away from everything; and the delicious traditional Czech food. We stayed for one night in summer in a two room apartment with out two teenage children and walked to the top of the mountain in the morning. - The hotel isn't luxurious by any standard but that would be strange for the location. - The whole parking situation is strange and stressful (in the end we were lucky to get a park at the hotel). In hindsight I would not book unless I had secured a car park at the hotel as leaving the car in the car park below and coming up by bus would be one stressful step too far.

Beautiful place in Jeseniky, renovated hotel, everything nice and clean. We had large room with lovely view of Praded mountain. Very helpful staff who recommended us tips for trips, delicious breakfasts and dinners. The biggest advantage is free access to the wellness for all guests, we enjoyed great relaxation. We will definitely visit the hotel in the summer, when the surrounding nature must also be fascinating. We recommend to stay there :-)
