Quede satisfecha con la calidad del servicio, todo el personal es muy atento, me gusto mucho la comida y la atención de los meseros es muy agradable, me llevo una gran experiencia, la alberca esta muy agusto y cuentan con servicio a la habitación.

En general es bueno, sin embargo en las dos ocasiones que nos hemos hospedado las regaderas no funcionan bien. También tienen el problema de que el abanico no funciona de manera independiente, si apagas las luces se apaga el abanico. Resto el personal es agradable.

Fue una estancia nada agradable, tuvimos problemas con nuestro aire acondicionado, nunca fueron a revisarlo , llamadas a recepción y parecía que solo te escuchaban pero no daban solución , la alberca el agua muy sucia se batalla con el estacionamiento y te piden que dejes tu carro afuera , aseguran tener plancha para habitaciones y cuando la pides disen que se terminaron , me parió caro para lo que en verdad ofrecen .
