The main problem was that the hotel did not send a car to pick me up at the airport. There was no compensation afterwards. However, the airport drop-off the next day was good. My flight was very early, but the airport drop-off was very timely at 6am.

Excellent choice I made to choose this Hotel, location great just a few minutes from the Airport , because my flight landed late after hours they arranged a cab to be waiting for me to take me to the hotel, it is a nice hotel ,nice room , friendly and polite staff, the food delicious, very happy. Thank you

The hotel is very convenient, it is the only one that offers airport pickup and drop off. I found my room quite clean and quiet. On the service side, this hotel is lacking. I asked for a quiet room on their highest floor and they gave me a 3rd floor room. Only after I accepted asked how to get to the room, they told me the elevator between the 2nd and 3rd floor was broken and I would need to carry my bags up a flight of stairs. I guess I could have asked for a new room at that time but I did not. I had an early flight so just to make sure I asked the front desk for a wake up call. The wake up call never happened. Luckily, the hotel wake up call was only my back up and I got up in time. When I checked out, I asked why I never got a wake up call, the staff member just shrugged his shoulders and said sorry. The final straw was when I tried to have a cup of coffee in the lobby while waiting for the shuttle. The lobby coffee was empty and when I asked the staff if they could get some coffee they just said no.

Just stayed here for one night - late flight in so chose it for proximity to airport. The room was nice, very clean and the staff were helpful. The restaurant was shut as it was late when we got in but the bar food was still open and was great. The kids loved the pool which was lit up nice at night.

Hotel ubicado a tan solo 10min del aeropuerto de San Salvador. Tiene una pequeña piscina con agua caliente, nada refrescante. Gimnasio pequeño y desayuno un poco pobre. Servicio excelente y habitaciones bien equipadas. Tiene un menu room service con muchas opciones y bastante económico.

Solo me quedé una noche en este hotel y la verdad quedé muy satisfecho. La cercanía con el aeropuerto es su punto fuerte y las instalaciones son realmente muy buenas. La alberca es de buen tamaño y cuenta con servicio de restaurante-bar. Las habitaciones son cómodas, espaciosas y modernas. La atención del personal también es excelente. El hotel cuenta con transporte gratis al aeropuerto. Si haces tránsito en SAL y no sabes donde pasar la noche esta es la mejor opción 👍
