Not like 4* we are used to. The "suite" we upgraded to was old, noisy and the beds were so uncomfortable, the second bed was a pull out sofa bed. Only great part was the shower. Hotel was very clean and staff were friendly. Lunch selection was poor we ate lunch out to avoid it, dinner and breakfast were better but food wasn't very warm. Location was good with supermarket, food hall, arcades and restaurants nearby and the beach was walkable if you don't mind an uphill walk back. The main hotel pool was the only one suitable for small children, the larger pool was offsite which we didn't realise and was 1.4m deep. Wouldn't go back again unfortunately.

Hotel was very clean and the food was very good as usual it could have been warmer.It was such a friendly hotel and all the staff were very friendly and helpful.The experience was made better by the charming helpful and courteous Maria Ferrerier in the restaurant what a diamond.

Bumba and Danielle - fun, fun, fun! Excellent hotel - clean, Great location, good size with lots of different entertainment/spaces to enjoy depending what you want for your holiday I’d say this place has it all! Good food and very friendly staff. Excellent alcohol choices for all inclusive

Nice hotel, which has a lovely adult only rooftop pool and bar. Entertainment was good, self serve drinks for all inclusive guests which saved queuing. Hotel is situated on top of a hill which wasn’t an issue for us but could be if you have mobility issues. Shuttle bus available. Nice town and some good bars and restaurants next to the hotel. One downside was the lack of double bed, its two twins pushed together but we had a family room so may not be the same if in a standard room.

Very friendly and professional staff. Love the decor and theme with plants and water feature. Lovely adult only sections on roof tops with beautiful views. The pool I used was adults only, warm and same depth which is perfect for adults like myself that avoid deep pools. Hotel was very clean throughout. Lovely suvenier shop. Cleaning staff friendly and provided a very clean room daily. Thank you Yeskenia and all cleaning staff, thank you to all staff.

The facilities for families have been excellent including the day and nighttime entertainment. We also found the all inclusive food to have enough variety to please everybody and there was a nice variation each evening.

I was at this hotel about 7 years ago it was amazing. Been here for 3 nights and it’s not been the worse experience for us. Room was very rundown and wallpaper coming off the walls, air conditioning not working and had to wait a day and a half to get it fixed. Food was horrible and lack taste. Bathroom was not clean shower head was broken, toilet was very dirty and needed a good clean mold in the shower as well. It was our anniversary and was told there would be a bottle of cava in the room for arrival and was not in the room Overall it was a very disappointing stay
