Cockroaches!!! We stayed in room 3518, a 2-bedroom ocean view room. The room is old, the furniture is old. On the first evening, a huge cockroach was made from the kitchen cabinet. We killed him. The children were stressed and did not sleep at night. The next evening we saw a new huge cockroach in the kitchen. The cockroach ran away. On the third evening, a cockroach ran out while we were watching TV and having dinner in the evening. It was stressful. We didn't sleep again. They complained about the reception, cursed, wrote to Trip.com support. The hotel refused to evict us and return our money. In the end, I managed to get away from them. Out of 9 paid nights, the Hotel charged us for 4 nights of accommodation (without sleep and under stress) and a fine for the day. The money was returned for 4 nights out of 9.
I do not recommend this hotel.

Hotel was generally nice enough, although room wasn't in great condition. The spa/health care suite was closed for two days out of our stay due a staff member being off on holiday, but we wanted to use the facilities, so this was disappointing. breakfast was ok although hot drinks were not nice.

In addition to cockroaches and small bugs, there are also spider webs, the toilet leaks from time to time, and the bathroom is still flooded the day before check out. I chose an apartment with a kitchen because I traveled with children. I cleaned it every 3 days, and I would not put enough garbage bags and supplies. , room service is 24 hours, overall not satisfied.

I have stayed here many times over the years and again had a great time. We had a one bedroom apartment which was very spacious and had a good size balcony. I would say though our room needed a fresh coat of paint. I did see someone painting early one morning at pool 2 and must say from the outside, the resort looks immaculate as it did when first built. The entertainment staff were very good and the atmosphere around the main pool was great thanks to them. We will definitely be coming back.

Really amazing hotel, 3 pools!! Amazing facilities such as a shop on site and bars. Stayed with a few friends, close to bars and restaurants and the beach! Had a lovely big balcony with the best view ever. Would really recommend this hotel for families and if you're going away with friends.

Absolutely spotless - cleaning every morning disinfecting handrails to walkways. Rooms very large with air con, ceiling fans and English TV to listen to while getting ready for the night out. Staff amazing and all very friendly and said hello every time You passed them. Excellent gym facilities also. Quiet pool was as it said, you could t even hear the music from the pool above which had the bar and restaurant attached. Overall a very good experience and would definitely stay here again.

We have been coming back here for over twenty-five years and have seen a lot of changes, but we do like it, so despite that, we will continue to visit at least twice a year. The downside is the hill you have to walk up can be a struggle for many, so a taxi is advised. The accommodation is lovely but some rooms do need refreshing, the rooms are good sizes with fully equipped kitchen with microwave and fridge freezer. The cleaning service is great, with beds made most days of our two week stay. The property also share amenities with the sister hotel next door giving the option to use up to three pools, with a small shaded baby pool. Entertainment is also available nightly and kids club during the daytime. On Wednesday they always have a BBQ night around the pool for a reasonable amount with live entertainment. On Saturday afternoon is a foam party with DJ. All in all a great time had by all.
