"Booked the Nautical Suite for a trip with friends, and the overall experience was a mixed bag. Pros: The environment truly exceeded expectations (5/5), creating a great vacation vibe. The facilities and cleanliness were also quite good. Cons: The service attitude and hidden fees were very frustrating (only 3/5)! On the first night, we found a cockroach in our room. After reporting it to the hotel, we were moved to a different room, but then the hotel tried to charge us a 'cleaning fee'! It's completely unreasonable to make guests pay for a room change caused by their own hygiene issues. Additionally, I clearly booked an **all-inclusive** package, yet I was still charged extra taxes separately, making the fees extremely opaque. Summary: The hotel's hardware and environment are indeed good, but if you want a hassle-free vacation, be prepared to deal with potentially unreasonable charges."

"We stayed at this all-inclusive resort expecting a relaxing and fun getaway, but unfortunately, it fell short in several key areas. Cons: • Plumbing issues: We had problems with the plumbing in our room, and when we brought it to the staff’s attention, they were unwilling to switch us to another room. It felt like our concerns weren’t taken seriously. The photos attached shows the plumbing issues. Toilet was running yellow/brown water, the sink was running yellow water, and the shower was not draining. All those photos were shown to the staff and they informed us to keep the water running for 5 mins until it’s clear. It did not clear so we demanded to be moved to a different room. • Food was mediocre: The buffet was average at best, and while the resort advertised other dining options for dinner only, those restaurants were reservation-only and not open during our stay — very disappointing. • Lack of activities/amenities: There wasn’t much to do on-site, and the limited amenities made it feel more like a basic hotel than a full-service resort. • Unhelpful staff: Most of the staff were not proactive. We had to initiate every interaction — they rarely approached us or offered help unless we went out of our way to ask. Pros: • The bartenders and servers were the highlight. They kept the drinks flowing, were friendly, and made the best of an otherwise underwhelming experience. Overall, the resort has potential but needs serious improvements in customer service, facilities maintenance, and dining options to be worth recommending."

"I booked a 3-night stay at Marina Festa starting February 20th, but upon arrival, I was told there were no rooms available and was directed to a different hotel owned by the same owner. Marina Festa faces the marina, but the other hotel was in a poor location. This is the worst hotel; they overbook guests and then direct them to unpopular hotels owned by the same owner."

"A decent resort has been turned into the most predatory tourist trap. No menu prices online so we were shocked to arrive and see food and drinks charged at exorbitant rates, more than double what we are used to paying back home in the states. Gym was nice but had rotten fruit in the snack basket. No coffee machine in the room (seriously?) and a basic latte in the basement Starbucks is $10 USD. Wow. The staff were helpful and friendly. A nice resort, but not at all worth the insane prices paid."
