Great hotel, but the customer service is terrible and not a lot of restaurants option

This was an unforgettable stay and experience that was driven by and amazing team. It started and ended with Axel on the bell team. Our arrival and departure experience was great. So many amazing team members. There are 2 names that I did not get that were great too. The lady that lead the mescal tasting on 10/11 and the female supervisor the worked El Luchador on 10/15. The supervisor from El Luchador asked all the right questions to make sure all of our needs were met. Other amazing members of the staff include, Damien, Rodrigo, Regina, Connie, Ruben, Yair and Axel on the concierge team. What an amazing team and experience. We will be back for sure and we will be looking for all of our amazing new friends. Everything from the pools, rooms and ocean views blew our expectations away.

My husband and I were fortunate enough to have stayed at the JW Los Cabos for the most incredible week in paradise. Thank you, Axel, our concierge, for fulfilling our every need and assisting us even before we arrived at the resort. Thank you Erick, at UA Culinary Artisans, for serving us breakfast every morning and being the most accommodating. We are STILL dreaming about the sopes!! Thank you Omar, Fernando and Roy at the Kaha Bar and pool for working so hard to keep us well fed and hydrated. Even during the hottest points of the day, these men never missed a beat and hustled so hard for the guests. We loved watching play off baseball with you all. Omar, since the Phillies are out now, I hope your Yankees go all the way! Thank you to the spa staff for unforgettable treatments! What talent you all have! There are many more to thank who's names I cannot remember. If you're looking for a 10/10 resort in Los Cabo's, THIS IS IT! Thank you again for an unforgettable week, we can't wait to return!

We celebrated our wedding here in May 2024 and could have not asked for a better venue. The amenities including the spa and gym were spacious, clean, and relaxing. The property feels large enough where you can spread out but manageable enough to walk across. The food was tasty, and they knocked it out of the park with the service during our cocktail hour and reception. There are bars sprinkled all over the property (including in the pool) with delicious drinks. The rooms were spacious, and we were given the chance to stay in the beachfront suite. But the best part was the staff that are attentive and personable. From arrival to departure, Fernada and Gustavo helped take care of us and our guests, making us feel right at home. While we’re sad our wedding is over, we’re so happy we chose JW Marriott Los Cabos, and we can’t wait to return in the future!

Stayed in the Casa Maat side, well worth the extra expense. Why? 1) More secluded but still take advantage of the rest of the resort, including spa privileges. 2) impeccable service, including our butler Jesus who helped us with anything. The staff at Maayu, pool attendants and servers are excellent. 3) While it’s technically not AI, we found the food offering was solid. Breakfast was great, wide array of standard breakfast food, full service juice/smoothy bar, made to order omelettes, pancakes etc. Lunch really isn’t much, sandwiches, chips quac, you really don’t need lunch since the breakfast was so filling. Free beer, wine, water soft drinks all say. Servers will fill up buckets of ice with your drinks poolside. They have a sit down themed three course dinner each night. Food was good, a couple nights we had dinner there since we didn’t have the energy to go off property. Probably wouldn’t eat there every night and take advantage of restaurants off property—-we really liked Flora Farms. All in all, a great stay, we’ll be back

We just returned from our honeymoon and my husband and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.The resort is stunning, with beautiful architecture and ocean views. The ambiance was perfect and peaceful for a honeymoon. The pool area was a highlight of our trip though. The staff at the adult's only pool was exceptional. We loved chatting with Roy, Omar, and Fernando throughout the day. Overall, our stay at the JW Los Cabos was a dream! We can’t wait to return and recommend this stay to others

Outstanding and attentive staff! The property is wonderful, but the staff make this property amazing! As an ambassador elite member with Marriott, I’ve stayed at several properties and had both good and bad experiences with site staff, but I’d like to say that the staff at the JW Los Cabos made my birthday trip here a great experience. Special thank you to Eduardo, Roy, Franco, Javier, Laura, and Karla. Also, special shout out to the staff who cleaned our room and performed turn down service. Furthermore, the food at this property was really good! Can’t wait to visit again!

Axle was very helpful with transporting our bags to the room and showing us around the property. He gave a lot of recommendations for things to do in the area. And he always had a smile everytime we saw him. We truly appreciated him going above and beyond during our stay.

Spent 5 days here at JW Marriott and our experience is so beautiful! So peaceful as most of the guests left when we arrive! A special “thank you” to Julia as she made our room so impeccable clean! As well to the valet guys especially Iedelfonso.
