My family and I booked an overnight stay at Centtro Residences via a booking app. Upon check-in, however, we were given a room which was different from the one we booked. Thus, we requested for a transfer to a room similar to the one we expected. After about 30 minutes, we got the room. The room is big enough, has a working water heater in the bathroom, a coffee and side table, and other basic room fixtures. However, it would be better if a chair or two may be provided for guests' convenience, especially those who bring in takeout food in the room. Cleanliness may be improved also as the beddings already have some little stains. Further, the hotel may consider providing one-time use hotel slippers to the guests instead of rubber slippers. As the hotel is in a good location, this can be more of an advantage if matched with much improved service.
