This is my first time staying at this hotel. The hotel is not big with 25 rooms, but it is free, quiet and comfortable. The bedding is especially good, super delicate and soft. The room layout is reasonable, with wooden blinds, tables, chairs, sofas, floor lamps, bedside lamps, full-length mirrors and half-length mirrors, and decorative paintings on the walls, all of which are harmonious and warm. The bathroom is small and clean, the towels are good, the shower head is old but the water pressure is pretty good. There is coffee in the room and free tea, coffee and fruit at the front desk. The community environment is good, and there are many exquisitely designed villas in the surrounding area. The most important factor in choosing this hotel is the free parking. Two nights before departure, the front desk asked if they needed car washing, and they said it was free. C'est en effet la deuxième fois que je dors dans cet hôtel et même s'il n'a que 2 étoiles, il en vaut 3 voir 4. On s'y sent bien, je le trouve cosy et le personnel est à l'écoute. Compte tenu des tarif à LA, il reste abordable par rapport à ce que l'on peut trouver ailleurs. Le quartier est calme et relativement huppé. A 15mn de marche, vous trouverez une rue commerçante avec restaurants de tous types. Les chambres sont très propres et vraiment bien équipées. J'étais tout seul donc le lit m'était d'une taille suffisante mais pour 2, peut être voir à prendre 2 lits si c'est possible. Le petit dej est vraiment light donc prévoir quelque chose ailleurs si vous êtes un gros mangeur. En voiture, vous êtes à 15mn de Santa Monica.

I chose this hotel because parking and Wi-Fi is free. They also offer free breakfast and tea. You definitely need a car if you are staying in his hotel, and I really like the idea that the car is just at my doorstep. I would have rated it 5 stars for service (trust me, the guys are really friendly and nice), but it is getting a 3 stars because they continued to charge me for the first night which I didn't make it - even though I had a valid reason because my flight was cancelled in Tokyo due to the earthquake on 11th March and only arrived a day later. They did not explain to me why I have to be charged even though I did not stay for the first night.

This was our first stop on our tour of California, check in easy, lady at the desk was really helpful with ideas of where to eat etc in the local area. Room was compact but clean, odd smell at times, perhaps a bit musty. Shower was tiny but everything was provided that you needed. Good location for us, plenty of eateries within 15/20 minute walk. Breakfast is limited but will tide you over until you find somewhere for a more substantial meal. Enjoyed our stay.

Ho soggiornato al Brentwood Inn lo scorso Aprile, mi sono davvero trovata benissimo. Lo staff sin dal nostro arrivo è stato molto cordiale, segnalandoci quanto poteva essere di nostro interesse. La camera anche se non eccessivamente spaziosa era dotata di tutti i comfort ed arredata in maniera piacevole, ottima anche la pulizia. Parcheggio gratuito, connessione ad internet gratuita nella reception dell'hotel dove al mattino era allestita anche la colazione, con la possibilità di effettuarla anche nella graziosa veranda esterna. Tutto molto curato, penso che ci ritornerò.

This place is quaint and convenient. Very calm and relaxing feel to the place. The close proximity to UCLA makes this a great place to stay. The staff is SO nice. The only con is that we could hear some road noise from the room. I would stay here again- if i ever come back to LA.

We loved it! I met my husband for the weekend while he was on business for two weeks. We love staying in B & B's and this felt like one. The room was clean and appeared to be recently updated. The TV and wireless internet worked great. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. We wanted to eat locally and had dinner at a wonderful Italian restaurant, Pizzicotto. Sunday morning we walked to the Farmer's Market, stuffed ourselves with samples and bought food for a picnic lunch! We walked the neighborhood and enjoyed being away from all the tourist attractions. However, we were just minutes away from Third Street Promenade and the Santa Monica Pier. We would definitely stay here again!

Pra quem gosta de lugares com clima intimista e fofo essa é uma ótima escolha. Adoro petit hotel e esse é realmente um. Aconchegante com uma cama confortável e banheiro no estilo retro. Não é um hotel luxuoso mas tem excelente atendimento e wifi que não pega tão bem no quarto o que é um ponto negativo. Muito bem localizado em região nobre. Tem estacionamento + pra conseguir guardar seu carro tem que chegar cedo + é possível estacionar nas ruas ao redor sem custos nem problemas. O café é simples + atende bem e tem horário estendido.
