The room was small, but the overall service was OK. The room was facing the night market and was a bit noisy on the first night, so we moved to another corner with a view on the second night. The hotel is full of design details, but most of them are public spaces. The design of the hotel rooms is average, unless you spend a lot of money to stay in a suite

I came to this latest Proper experience because of its reputation... I have to admire Kelly's charm and the attraction of Los Angeles. Every space is a story. Every detail is an adventure... It's hard not to be immersed in the scene. ….

One point of service is for the front desk. The service in the restaurant on the top floor is very average. There may be too many people and not enough staff, and no one can be found during a meal. Then at the dinner table, halfway through the meal, the lights were turned off, and no one could be found to ask. The price is not cheap, many people from outside the hotel come, the music in the bar is very loud, it closes at twelve o'clock, and you can hear it clearly in the room.
