Overall, it's hard to say it's very clean.
There are only two showers.
I communicated with the owner by email, but there was no explanation of the house rules, so it was a bit confusing.
A black man, who I'm not sure if he was an employee or just a guest, was talking loudly in the room even after 1:30am, which was very unpleasant, but he got very angry at any noise we made, which was very irritating.
And the man kept nitpicking me about everything.
Since there was no owner or employee, the poor management was very noticeable.
I didn't feel it was very good for the price.
