As the room is not monitored, I had to go to the reception, where I was obviously disturbing these ladies... I was told, by an unfriendly person, that "someone was going to come" ... After several minutes of waiting, I had to move towards the kitchen this time: the microwave had rung for a long time, it still took several minutes to transfer the milk into the carafe... I expressed my dissatisfaction at this time. In an establishment where the desire is to serve the customer, they would surely have apologized and done their best to serve me this milk quickly. On the contrary, I think that the carafe was deliberately left waiting on a serving area... They jump on you as soon as you get off the elevator to find out your room number and then no one else! The tables aren't even set, we had to search and open drawers to find cutlery... Pitiful! We are used to traveling to hotels, but this one won't see us again!
