Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti in una camera del primo piano enorme e con bagno rimodernato. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è molto buono. Molto bella la zona colazione che è all’aperto con un buffet di ampia scelta ed abbondante. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile: ringrazio particolarmente Arturo che ha soddisfatto ogni nostra esigenza. Lo consiglio.

Hôtel agréable avec une belle piscine mais les chambres sont assez quelconques. Situé assez loin à pied du centre et du malecon et pas de parking, il faut laisser la voiture dans la rue. Petit déjeuner non compris dans le prix et pas vraiment à la hauteur.

Un hotel bastante bastante limpio, siempre están dando mantenimiento, el personal muy amable, precios accesibles y desayuno incluido muy rico, alberca templada, buena ubicación, está muy bonito el hotel, muy familiar y tranquilo, lo recomiendo ampliamente, me gustó mucho.

The pool is very nice and good for kids. It ranges from 3ft to 5ft depth. The Center courtyard ambiance is nice. The first night we stayed in room 218. This was a good quiet room in the back with a private balcony where you could hang clothing to dry. The bathroom was large and the water pressure was good. We then returned a week later and they put us in the junior suite rm 201. It was a dark cave with a small bathroom. It smelled like sewage and the water pressure was awful. The was no place to hang clothing or put items so we had gear on the floor. The male manager was rude. the women were nice. The breakfast was expensive and very mediocre. The hotel is a long way from the marina and the city center.

Lovely outside area with a bar and small pool. Bar prices were very reasonable too. Rooms simple, comfortable, fresh and clean. Breakfast buffet was nice and also situated outside. Short walk, 20 mins, to the sea. My favourite hotel on the Baja tour.

The facilities are nice but sadly a bottle of Omega 3 was stolen from my room as well as my friend’s body lotion in a different room. My bottom sheet had a hole in it. Staff were not able to resolve the issue. We did enjoy the breakfast in the morning.

Very nice surroundings but rooms are spartan. No closets or hangers in the rooms , you have to live out of your suitcase. It is a long way from city Center and malicon. You only need a couple of days to see the small town area. Many establishments don’t take credit cards. Wine and drinks are expensive.

Es un hotel que en apariencia externa se muy ve bien (por eso decidí alojarme ahí), baño de la recamaras sin privacidad para vestirte (te tienes que cambiar en la regadera), al área de la regadera no es muy limpia, las áreas comunes no tienen atención, los huéspedes dejan basura y al día siguiente (después de mediodía) la basura sigue ahí. El pago por día incluye desayuno, estuvimos mucho tiempo en mesas esperando y escuchando a otros huéspedes que estaban en otra mesas, como comentarios de "servicio super lento, no tenía jugo, solo te dan una taza de café, no hay servicio de bufet, el mesero, te van trayendo un poco de fruta, luego otra cosa y así.." un huésped preguntó que donde podía comprar unos jugos fuera del hotel.. No hicimos valido nuestro desayuno incluido y preferimos levantarnos de la mesa e irnos a desayunar a algún restaurant de la localidad. A nuestra llegada después de pagar la habitación doble y llegar a la recamara quisimos regresar al lobby y pedir el reembolso para buscar otro hotel, pero la verdad veníamos muy cansadas que preferimos quedarnos pero fue mala idea hacerlo

This hotel has spacious rooms and the staff was excellent. They were organized and helpful. The beds were comfortable. There was a laundromat next door. The hotel outdoor lobby is beautiful with lots of seating, a fountain, and a bar. This hotel is a long walk to the town center where all the restaurants and shops are. Our room was noisy as the walls are thin and it is close to the airport so lots of plane noise. Plus there is an empty lot behind the hotel that dogs use at night and they bark. There are no shelves or towel bars in the bathroom. There was a gap under the exterior door that insects come through. They only offer double beds. The black out curtains allowed light to leak around the edges.
