Super kind staff. Breakfast staff was most accommodating for me kids requests aswell! Loved the indoor pool for the kids. We were early into town and they had already has the rooms clean and tidy and were able to accommodate us a bit earlier than out check in time. I do not have a single complaint about this hotel!

Hotel was nice and clean, pool and hot tub were available and heated but only open from 6am to 10pm. My family and I stayed in a double queen room. Shower head had great pressure and the bathroom warmed quickly. About 15 minutes from Mobb Cobb Convention Center.

Great location. Clean, but not immaculate. There was hair on the bathroom towel and my son found a hair pin in the bed. The kids enjoyed the pool. The mattresses were not the typical Hilton quality and needed to be replaced. This is the reason I could not give it 5 stars. Also, the bathroom door would not slide without extreme force.

Overall it was nice the hotel was clean and everything was nice. What made me give it 3 stars is when we got there, there was no one at the desk and we had to call the help line and the had to get a supervisor on the line while we waited in the parking lot on the phone with a clear view of the lobby, the whole time. There was no one at the desk eventually she heard the phone ringing and went over at this point we had been waiting close to 45 minutes. We got there at 11:20 we were not in our room till close to 12:30. While checking in was informed there was a charge to park our car in a very large parking lot for just one car she said it would be $15 but it was actually $21. I am Slightly confused as to why there was a parking fee in Longview Texas it okay.

This hotel has the rudest and most unhelpful staff of any Hilton we’ve ever stayed at. We’ve unfortunately had to stay here several times due to a relocation to the area, and every single time has been the same. The front desk workers are so rude and unhelpful. one of the visits the computer system was not working and had to be let into the room every single time and they were rude about it, even though it was their problem. The Homewood suites is much nicer staff but it’s such a rundown hotel and not a great area so we continue to stay here.

I love this hotel I really do so I check in I was there a day I am standing in bathroom mirror brushing teeth I push the plug down the sink fell out onto my feet ! Front desk lady only offered to.change rooms so I did I don’t like to be that person so 2nd room 3rd day staying I kid you not the same thing happened but it didn’t fall on me . I don’t look for free stuff or ever complain but that was crazy ! The next morning I get a phone call from the morning manager very friendly accommodating guy he apologized and comped my stay. I still give it an excellent review because that’s maintenance. It’s the way the night manager treated it.

Hotel was very clean on the outside, BUT OMG, the inside is definitely a different story! My rooms had NEW YORK CITY COCKROACHES or HUGH WATERBUGS!! Needless to say I didn't stay. I have stayed here before on several occasions in the pass and my stay was great. This hotel needs a really good Pest Control company and fire the current Pest Control company.

This hotel charges $7 for self park. Nothing special about the lot. I would skip this inn and stay at one of the numerous other area hotels that are just as nice with no $7 parking fee. Room was typical however mattress was not very comfortable. I would never stay here again.

We have been coming to Longview for business from our Tulsa facility for the past few months. The Marriott is centrally located on the loop and close to many restaurants in the area. Even better, it's close to our facility. The rooms are very nice. Comfortable beds, walk in shower. Microwave & refrigerator in room, with coffee also. We leave too early to sample their breakfast, so I can't really speak to that. They have a nice little bar, and a little cafe that serves food. They have a nice workout area and an outdoor pool. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. This hotel is great for business travelers or families.
