Such friendly staff and our room was amazing! Best experience we’ve had in our whole trip. We were celebrating our anniversary and all the “big” hotels that we stayed at for our road trip were unfortunately disasters. The staff at hotel Brossard were so nice and they even have electric charging stations and a complimentary breakfast. Pic included is of the seating area for breakfast. Definitely a hotel that goes above and beyond!

The Alt DIX30 is a chic and contemporary hotel situated close to great shops and restaurants. The staff that i encountered were all friendly, courteous and bilingual; which is important for someone who doesn't speak french. An additional bonus is that parking (above or underground) is free.

Don't recommend this hotel. This hotel doesn't even deserve 1 star, should be -5 (negative 5) out of +5 (positive 5). Unless you plan to pay a high price for a ”slump” experience, look no further, this is it. My first time to Montreal and will not visit again because of terrible experiences in this hotel. Reasons: 1) Did not honor what's advertised. Expedia stated that it offers valet parking, but it's not. It's self-park. I would not have stayed in this hotel had it not listed ”valet parking” as part of package price. 2) Concierge staff, Mikal, provided unclear and vague information on garage entrance location. Had to ask three times before Mikal walked a bit further to point the side entrance. It's off the street, had he not pointed it out, I would have missed it. I did not see it when I drove by when arriving at the hotel. 3) Made no efforts in guarding customer confidentiality and data: Lack of clear boundary on who can and can't stand behind the front desk counter: This made me feel uncomfortable seeing how any staff, housekeeping, security, front desk, guest services, even manager, Tamara's friend could stand behind the front desk counter to look at any computers and customers' information and data. This could come across as careless handling of customer confidentiality and data. There were two boxes with customer room assignment and data at the counter, even guests in line would easily access if they want to. At one point, there wasn't any staff at the front desk or in the lobby, all gone, with guests waiting, which if they want, they could easily access customer info. The hotel staff don't seem to care. For example, when Tamara checking me, Carl, Jason, Axel, Mikal and Tarama's friend all came over to peek over Tamara's computer with my profile and data on the screen. 4) Lack of sensitivity and priority: Housekeeping Carl, Front Desk Staff: Axel, and Jason, Concierge: Mikal, Manager, Tamara, were all busy doing their own things. At one point, there were 12-15 guests in line with Jason working alone while other staff focusing on other tasks rather than checking in guests to clear the waiting line. 5) Tamara offered me an upgrade, which was a terrible upgrade. Gave me things I did not need and a run-down and dirty room full of issues: hairs all over, dented walls, dented refrigerator, dark room, dirty sinks, food residuals on the chair, dirty carpet, warm (not hot) shower temperature, dusty surface, dirty walls., lack of enough electrical outlet, and many more (recorded with videos). 6) Negative attitude by some staff such as Axel, accusing me being disrespectful and screaming at him when I was not. He hung up my phone call abruptly three times when I called from the landline to raise cleanliness issues after arriving the assigned room. Axel also did not practice active listening. When I called I was hoping they could help locate a clean chair. Axel did not wait until I was done talking by cutting me off saying, ”Jason, seems t

We had a good stay and it was the perfect location, lots of places within walking distance - shopping, restaurants, concert hall. We had a small issue with the heat and adjusting the temperature and the elevator was just okay but would stay here again if passing through. Staff was very helpful checking us in and answering some questions about places in the area.

We stayed over New Year's Eve and had a great view over the crowds gathering at the Christmas market. The room was clean and was as expected. The only downside of the hotel is that it's not very convenient to get to the exit, as you'll have to go through the mall first before reaching the lobby and then take another elevator up to the rooms.

We stayed at the hotel October 14-15, 2023. The hotel experienced a power outage that resulted in us not having power for 13 of the 16 hours we were guests. The power went out at ~10pm when we were still awake, we woke up at midnight because our room was very warm due to the air condition being out as a result of the power still being out. When we spoke with the front desk staff, the staff member did not share our concern and said someone would be coming in the morning to deal with an electrical issue. We explained since the outage was localized to our side of the hotel on the first floor, we thought the problem was a breaker that literally just needed to be switched off and on again. We were told no staff member on site had a key to the breaker room, which is a concern in case of emergency. We felt like we were held hostage in our room because the staff member also told us that if we left the room locked (we'd propped the door open to go talk to them), we might not be able to get back in, since there's no manual way to open the door if the key pad is not working. We couldn't leave because we couldn't pack in the dark. We also couldn't do anything in our room due to the power outage and were unable to sleep because the room was so hot without A.C., we sat in the dark for hours. Finally, the breakfast at the hotel was awful. The dishes were dirty, the cream for the coffee expired and became all chunky when poured in, and my wife got sick from what she ate. When we explained the above at checkout, we were informed that the front desk staff couldn't do anything about the above issues and were unable to compensate us for the very poor experience. The staff took no initiative at all to try and contact a manager or come up with any solutions. When we asked to speak to a manager, they took our information and told us that management would reach out. No manger contacted us, despite our repeated attempts to contact them by phone and email. We reached out to both the Sales Manager (Sabra) and the General Manager (Lucie Bergeron) repeatedly, as well as the general email for the hotel and received no reply. Over two months later, through our persistence, we were put through to Sabra Rezigue who was quite rude and was in a hurry to get us off the phone. Sabra said that our multiple emails had ended up in her spam folder and she did not receive them (despite our cc'ing multiple emails at the hotel). She did not have any good explanation for staff that were successfully emailed not making any attempt to contact us back or forward our complaint to a manager. She attempted to blame Hydro Quebec for the power outage despite our explaining that the problem was only in our wing of the hotel and the rest of the hotel had power. Ultimately, Sabra told us that she had to deal with another client and cut the call short. We were not contacted by Sabra again despite her assurance that she would get back to us same day and were only compensated a refund of half t

When I booked this hotel it did not mention it was being renovated. It also said there was free hot breakfast included... When I arrived I found the hotel is under major renovation. The front entrance was closed and you had to navigate around construction barriers to find the temporary registration doors at the back of the hotel. Check-in was easy. However I was informed that the free hot breakfast was not available and instead given a brown paper bag containing a bagel, small orange juice and a fruit cup. I assumed to was because of the construction going on. I was not told that is was due to the COVID pandemic, nor was I told there are no room service for more than 1 night stays... In the room, there was no water pressure coming from the shower head and there was no dish or ledge to put the soap and cloth. I complained about this water pressure and no shelf for soap to front counter. I don’t think they understood me as nothing was done about it. ( I was speaking English...they were limited in English, spoke mainly French) The pillows supplied are small and square. THey are very soft too. I needed 4-5 of these pillows to fall asleep. In the morning I tried the shower again and still no pressure. I left for my business meetings that day without showering beforehand, but before I left, I spoke with the front desk clerk about the water issues and expected them to fix by the time I came back to the room that evening... To no avail, there was still no water pressure. I packed my bags and checked out 1 day early. The hotel refused to issue me a refund for the 2nd night, even though I did not sleep there. They said I needed to give them 24hrs notice!! Also the location isn’t ideal as there is no restaurant on-site. So I had a cold breakfast in a bag and no shower before a few very important business meetings. Very disappointing stay at Comfort Inn. My company will be staying elsewhere from now on when travelling to Quebec.

Booked a room with a kitchenette, they gave a room without a kitchenette and without smart TV (for kids entertainment). Said talk to Agoda where you booked your ticket from. Room/washroom clean enough. Sheets/Blanket clean. Complementary coffee bad. Hangers from closet missing. Very expensive for their offering.

WWMBGood location for those who need to do transit at TPE. Considerate staff who help iron out issues for us even before we have checked in.
GGuest UserI don’t see a lot of reviews here so i figured i must chime in to make sure travellers take notice of this hotel. We stayed for a total of 2 nights at this place. Initially it was suppose to be a one night stop on our way back to Toronto, but because of the very good value, comfort and service that we received, we then decided to stay for another night ( we were gonna stay for 3 but the province dropped the hammer on NYE restrictions). The Good : Friendly staff, In room IMac, 50 inch Smart TV with Netflix and other streaming apps, Free Parking ( Very secured) Free breakfast (+1 for the croissants). Free hot drinks 24/7. Walking distance to a mall. The Not so good: 5-10 mins walk to Metro ( but thats nothing to us). The Very Good: They cleaned our room! A service we miss from all the hotels we stayed at the last 2 years. This will be our go to hotel next time we visit Montreal. Keep it up Le Dauphin Longueuil!

Llurode68To be fair to Marriott I have to mention that the first night we stayed a bus hit a high power electrical tower and took out the power in the section the hotel was situated. This happened at approx. 10:30pm. The hotel lost power immediately. We were without power or running water in the hotel till 5:00pm the following day. At no point during this time did the hotel staff offer any assistance. Since we were on vacation we made the best of it. Used our own bottled water to bath and clean up and did the tourist thing for the day. We returned at 5:00 pm as the power was returning, so we decided to stay the second night as planned. It was 25.5 degrees Celsius (77.9 Fahrenheit) in the room according to the thermostat. We gave it 2 hrs it never moved. As I was going down to the lobby to inquire about the room a/c I ran into a woman on my floor. She inquired if I was experiencing the elevated temperature in my room as she was. At the lobby I was joined by her husband. We were told it would take some time for the a/c to cool our rooms, yet both of us made mention on how the lobby was done right frigid. Obviously the hotel wanted to give guest checking in the illusion that everything was all right. The front desk attendant went into a back room which I find hard to believe would hold the controls for the ventilation system, handed us each a 7 in. fan and told us he had made adjustments and it should get better. He also explained how to set the thermostat to hold a lower temp. It was 28 degrees Celsius (82.4 Fahrenheit) in our room when we left the next morning. Upon check out in a still cold lobby I mentioned my disappointment with my room and was blown off by the front desk attendant. I was then charged full price for both days. Obviously the Marriott is more concerned about the bottom line then the comfort of their guest. I personally will never stay in another Marriott hotel ever again. There are too many other choices out there.
GGuest UserWe stayed at the Auberge Objectif Sante for a couple of nights last week. It is in a very much French speaking part of Canada and is run by a Chinese couple where the husband speaks very little English of French. I found using google translate on the phone was an effective means of communication. The lady appears to speak passable English and French. When we checked in we were asked for payment before being sent to our room. The room itself was very small but we had expected this. It was okay for two nights but the lack of bedside tables was a bit of negative. The bed itself was the fold down type that could be folded up against the wall. It was quite comfortable. They asked if we wanted the housekeeping service on our middle night and we said that we did not need this. Despite being small, the room was quite adequate for cleanliness but one single very small bit of soap in the bathroom was not quite enough. They offer breakfast at extra cost and I would recommend taking this. The breakfasts were very good and set us up for the remainder of the day. Chambly is the nearby town which styles itself as a suburb of Montreal. We ate there on our first evening and were pleasantly surprised by it's vibrancy and nightlife. Sadly there are very few places to stay in the vicinity and Chambly is too far to walk from The Auberge Objectif Sante. We also took a day trip to Montreal and found that we were well placed to drive to the metro station at Longeuil. A tip is to park in the public parking at Hotel Sandeman. The Metro station is immediately adjacent. So would I recommend the Hotel Auberge Objectif Sante? If you are looking for a full hotel, then definitely not. If you are looking for a modest motel that is well kept, clean and you don't mind having to drive everywhere, then it is okay . For the price, there were no real problems.
杨杨This is the most annoying experience of the trip. I booked for two nights and gave a room after I arrived at the store. After I swiped the room card, someone in the room had already checked in. After changing rooms, the air conditioner did not cool, because it was already late, and decided to endure one night. The next morning, I went to the front desk to complain and promised to repair. As a result, we went back one evening and did not have refrigeration. Communicate to the front desk to change rooms, the front desk brother is very good, just some muna. The result is not bad. Breakfast is simple, parking is very convenient, and it is convenient to eat and shop around.
Resident in this motel for one night, I got a room, barely opened the door, a smell of mold appeared, traces of non-cleaning are evident, traces of dust also. The toilets and the bathroom have been cleaned ”in a hurry”, the door as well as the air conditioning and the bathroom part have visible traces of mold. I greatly doubt the hygiene of the place and the risks that this could bring for visitors.
GGuest UserThe hotel was very comfortable and wasteful in the courtyard and in the pool. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. Waste in front of the door, drawings on the walls, floating floor lifting, water all over the floor of the room, chair eaten by something, squeezed bathroom towel, dirty dishes, not washed boards because smell of cigarettes, Gondolling ceiling, sticks stick on the tape, hole in the door of the bathroom, dirt on the plate of current and moreover, there was no electricity and we see outside when the door was closed. The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable. The answer I got was ”It's only the owner who can repay you and he is not there.” At the same time, another client pulls the keys on the account and wants to be repaid too. To date I have still not been repaid. The weekend employee admitted to me outside that he would not sleep in this hotel. The hotel is in a lamentable and unhealthy state. Don't get by the photos taken very long ago !!!
