畢竟是正規掛牌四星級酒店，位置極佳。硬件配置到位，清潔衞生很規範，服務態度很好，早餐也很豐富。唯一不足的是窗户隔音不太好，可能是裝修時所用雙層玻璃質量的問題吧，住在19樓晚上關了窗都能清晰聽到樓下甌江上橋上來往車輛的聲音。

酒店服務態度非常好，廣場下車推行李時，酒店門僮馬上迎上接過行李，等待總枱辦完手續送到電梯口，直到我謝過不需要再送房間才終止本次服務。總枱辦理入住介紹詳細，退房時客氣照顧…客房服務人員敬職敬業…
