設施：基本上還不錯，但因有長者家晚上要留夜燈上洗手間，調節燈光搞了半天也沒有合適的，另外建議配一次性🚽座墊比浪費衞生紙，從經濟及環保角度來説要好。
服務：有禮貌
雙人無限次温泉:小而精吧，非週末人少，舒服
養生燉湯:非預製菜
環境：外圍修路，灰塵噠

房間非常大，非常滿意，泡溫泉的池子感覺不是很多，但是也夠了，秋天泡溫泉是很好的地方，目前酒店的外面有一段路再修路，整個溫泉區都是灰塵有點掃興，未來路修好了應該是一個很棒的地方。

作為攜程的老客户，一直信任他們的評級體系和推薦的酒店，但是這是非常糟糕的一次體驗。
1. 酒店在攜程評級5星，但是房間內設施衹能跟快捷酒店差不多。 衞生很糟糕，住了一晚，孩子的手被不明蚊蟲咬了，中指腫的厲害，還非常癢，指頭髮熱，塗抹了一天的葯膏才稍微有點緩解。
2. 早餐品種很少，2種水果，一點點蒸品，青菜大概4種，還有大米粥，沒有牛奶酸奶等，這個早餐很五星評級相差甚遠。
3. 房間無網絡，根本沒有信號，工作人員説是網絡設備陳舊，壞掉了，需要維修，至少半小時以上，不確定時間，我們就放棄了維修，直接退房走人。
4. 酒店的位置在一個鎮上，有大概1.5公里是在維修的道路，非常的難走，路邊灰塵非常大。
非常踩雷的一次體驗，

剛從酒店回來，體驗感很好！
環境方面居住的日式湯院很不錯，獨立區域，很舒適！房間也好，小庭院還是舒服。但酒店周邊環境就不好，剛好在修路，很亂。
重點是服務，非常好！從入住到接送退房，都是由樑茵經理負責的，酒店裡的各區域介紹，房間裏的各種設備使用，還有周邊的遊玩介紹，都很詳細，溝通及時，態度熱情親和，點贊👍
下次有時間再過來玩

房間真的特別舒服，榻榻米很大，躺四個人都沒問題 服務和環境都很舒服，門口在修路有點泥濘
温泉各種温度都可以選擇，到了晚上水也很清澈很乾凈，除了蚊子有點多沒有任何問題
設施可能因為濕度大，有些角落看起來比較舊，但影響不大

The room was very nice and all requirements were met. Ms. Liang provided great service. We took three hot spring baths, two in the public area and one in the room. Sugar water was also provided. It would be better if more hot spring pools could be opened. The private bath was not bright enough, but everything else was perfect!
