Except for the distance....it was good. Massage...not recommended, but the price was cheap so it made up for it. Hotel facilities were all reasonably priced.

Great service and good food..The gardens are beautiful and the hotel facilities are ideal for small children.huge swimming pool and lifeguards.the restaurant is right overlooking the beach.

I am satisfied with my family's vacation at Fleur de Lys. The space is very large with many cool, well-cared for trees. The swimming pool is very clean and safe. The resort was built a long time ago but is very clean and shows no signs of deterioration. Spacious Family Garden room. Many activities for children and young people. Spa and massage services are very good. Check in and out with the Electric Vehicle for quick pick-up and drop-off. Super enthusiastic staff from security to cleaning. Clean, supervised private beach. The breakfast buffet is delicious, although a bit short on dishes. My family will return if we have the opportunity to come to Long Hai.

I had a problem with no hot water in the bath.
I was able to respond immediately
