It has been quite a few years since I stayed in Premier Inn Derry/Londonderry but my friend and I stayed there last night. As the restaurant was closed last night, I am unable to comment on the food quality. We had a standard room each. Really comfortable beds & rooms were spotless and a good size. We were greeted by a lovely, friendly receptionist called Sharon. She couldn't have been more helpful, recommending a restaurant a short walk away and also 2 takeaways. Sharon showed us one of the new Premier Plus rooms - it was beautiful and not much more expensive than the standard rooms. We are now booked to come back in January. My friend and I were disappointed that we didn't get chatting to Sharon again today before we left. We needn't have been though, as the equally lovely and friendly Sam was on reception. He also, couldn't have been more helpful. These two members of staff alone are enough to make me want to return to this hotel! All in all, a great hotel and very reasonably priced. Cannot fault it.
