I had a great stay at Moxy London Excel. The hotel’s modern design, friendly staff, and clean, comfortable rooms made for an enjoyable experience. Its location is convenient for the Excel Centre and London City Airport, with good transport links. The communal spaces and bar were a nice touch, though breakfast could be more varied. Overall, a stylish and budget-friendly choice I’d happily return to.

Loved this hotel. Would definitely stay here again. The staff are a credit to this hotel chain, they were so friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is lovely and modern and had all amenities. The room is so nice and has the most comfortable bed and a large tv.
I even enjoyed a complimentary cocktail and was wished a happy birthday from two of the staff. Such a lovely touch to my stay. Can’t wait to visit again

We we worried about the plane noise as the hotel was close to the airport but the beds were so comfy that I slept like a baby. The staff were friendly and accommodated our lack of preparation which is greatly appreciated. Will definitely return.

One of the highlights was the breakfast—delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from each morning. Overall, the hospitality and quality of service exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London.

The soundproofing in the room was too poor. I could hear the TV next door even if it was turned up loudly. I had to contact the front desk and security in the middle of the night to ask them to turn down the sound so that I could fall asleep.
