Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Couldn't fault it.

Perfect location im East London with multiple Great restauracja And bars on the doorstep. Rooms are refurbished and in high standard. Public spaces are not massive but well designed. Breakfast on a roof top is amazing. Very welcoming staff.

We had some issues with the Edinburgh hotel. So we were offered a night with breakfast here. I want to thank management for putting things right. It was a delightful experience , food was lovely, fabulous service, room very comfortable, and alcohol free, (my preference), and the steam room within the shower room, was wonderful . Would definitely return if in London again..😊

Probably the worst nights “sleep” we’ve ever had in a hotel of any sort, let alone one purporting to be 5 star Both nights some sort of “pumping” sound coming from the floor beneath every 5 minutes On 2nd night the bar/nightclub emptied on to the pavement below from 12 to 4am, accompanied by a door banging every 2 minutes This was followed up by bottle bins being emptied Previously stayed at Premier Inn on Leicester Sq (with all the activity going on there) and had better sleep Windows are clearly not up to the job of keeping noise out USB charge points in the room didn’t work, or the “fancy” steam shower. Coffee machine probably the noisiest I’ve experienced No space in the room to unpack a case!

We did enjoy our stay but we received 80 credit through Amex card. Told us in the beginning that we could use our credit for anything except for the restaurant on top floor. Ended up using 80 for room service then told us as we were checking out that this was not covered. Ended up spending an additional 80 as well as losing the 80 credit so total of 160 in total. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE

Faultless stay on a Sunday night taking advantage of their special deal which was a night's stay including breakfast, late check out to 1pm and free upgrade to the next level room. Although the room could be described as small, this is London so we didn't expect anything less. However, it was really well appointed, comfortable and we really loved the split Chesterfield-style chairs round the table. It also had a Marshall Bluetooth speaker which was brilliant. Underfloor heating in the bathroom was also a nice touch as was the steam room function in the shower (although we didn't get chance to use it unfortunately...!). As we were staying for my wife's birthday, the small cake in celebration of this was a nice touch when we got back to our room late at night. Breakfast was amazing, freshly cooked and a huge portion which we both struggled to finish. The rooftop area was amazing, especially given it was 29C when we stayed. I disagree with previous comments about service from the staff between the hotel and the rooftop. I certainly didn't have any complaints and we were treated well by everyone we came across. In fact, I would struggle to know they were 2 different businesses. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would happily go back today if we could...!

Came here for my partners 28th birthday. Top tier service all round! Staff were attentive. My booking was handled by Sandra who took the time to explain what I could book to make his day extra special! Looking forward to coming back. Ten ten!!
