The Z Hotel Soho

The location of the hotel is very good but the room size is terribly small.

Amazing location! Wow, this is what you pay for. Right in the middle of everything! The service team was exceptional! It was my first time in the UK and they went above and beyond to help me navigate. So kind and friendly! The room was extremely tiny. My luggage had to stay in the shower as it’s so tiny in there. No window. Heat and hot water worked very well. Bed was comfortable! Cleaning service did well! The breakfast buffet is not really much of anything if that is how you start your day. Only a few options, more like a snack. Overall I give it a thumbs up, the high rates are for the prime location. Thank you all!

Good hotel

The stars are for the staff alone. They were fantastic and as helpful as they could be. We booked a room for 2 that was barely a room for one. No phone. No fridge. No place to hang clothes. A tiny storage under the bed. The worst part was the toilet that faced the bed seperated by thin glass that could not close if you sat. This is NOT okay. We had to use the ***** bathroom in the basement. The keys didn’t work and had to be replace 3 times. Again very accommodating staff. I’m sure they get these complaints daily and are saints. It is just not okay to advertise this hotel as a place for two adults. Also every 10 minutes the entire night on a weeknight rickshaws would ride by with blaring music. A good reason for sound proofing the windows.

I had a very pleasant stay at Z Hotel Soho. Of course, it's needless to say that the room was VERY small, but it was expected so I don't consider it as something negative (but you have to be mindful of that before booking, especially if coming with big luggage or in a couple). The room was clean and I didn't listen to any noise when sleeping. The location is the biggest advantage, right in the heart of Soho and near all the theaters. I didn't have much contact with the reception, but Richa was very friendly and remarkable.

You cannot beat the location! Theatres steps away, bar and restaurants with a variety of choices, and historical sites within walking distance. The hotel staff were amazing and very friendly! The room itself was just ok. The bed is in a nook, so one of us had to crawl across if you needed to get up. The wet area/bathroom held the water from the shower, which flows through the door. We were on the fourth story, and the Friday night crowd was late and loud. However, with the windows closed, could barely hear. Recommend with note about the bed position in mind.
