Location is great, accessible to several main areas within Central London. Covent Garden, Piccadilly Circus, Chinatown, several cinemas and musicals are all within a 5-10min walk away.
Staff were also extremely helpful whenever we have questions or needed help.
Amenities & facilities provided are the bare minimum and basic stuff. So don’t expect too much, as you will be spending time outside most of time as well
Refreshing welcome drink beside the reception ☺️

The service was phenomenal. We were not only upgraded, we also received early check in and late check out service.

Very disappointed with this hotel. Great location. We booked 2 superior rooms for one night. Upgraded to a suite for one room and my friends staying in a superior room. We were woken up at 1.50am by a Westminster council van cleaning the street using a very powerful and loud pressure jet washer with an extremely noisy engine in the van . That lasted until 4am in the morning 😐 so unable to sleep. In the morning, we tried to shower but NO HOT WATER 😬. We came down for breakfast with my friends. The breakfast was awful. At 9.30 am, we were told that they was no more bacon and no more white sliced bread. Unbelievable !!! Never again.
