The location of the hotel is good, less than ten minutes walk from Paddington station, and easy to find. The printing desk at check-in was not too friendly, forgot our breakfast, and there was no room accessible by elevator, so we had to move two "big suitcases" up to the 3rd floor , so hard work! I checked before and asked if there is a lift, but even when I checked in, they said the room was full so there was no room left. I really want to refund the money and leave! The room and washroom are a little small. Because it was an old room, the road was not flat and it was not quite comfortable to walk in the room. When we arrived at checkout, the other counter had a good attitude. Overall, if there is a lift, I would think it's passable. Many rooms are not accessible by lift, do not feel like a 4 star hotel 😑

Great hotel right at the heart of Paddington. Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, clean and great facilities. Very convenient location. Highly recommend and would love to come back!

It's hard to describe. The room was cramped and crowded, and the roof leaked in two places. I had to catch a train the next morning, so I just thought I'd just stay there for one night. There was no mineral water. I was mentally prepared for hotels in London, but I didn't expect it to be so outrageous.
