It's right at Paddington Station, just a few steps away. The location is very good. There is a whole row of these three-story hotels and the opposite side. It feels like it was converted from an apartment. There are densely packed commercial streets around it. The male and female staff inside are very good and enthusiastic. They help to move the luggage upstairs and downstairs. I arrived early and didn't check in, but they helped to put it in the room. When I left, I went out to play first. The luggage was not locked and the bag was only zipped and stored well, so there was no safety issue. The room was okay. I lived on the second floor. It was also very clean and cleaned every day. The sink was indeed too small...

Stuff are very helpful ,easy to talk too. The room is clean and there were everything in it I need it for a short stay. Hotel is easy to find and was convenient for me. Definitely will use it again.

The staff were so lovely and helpful. The room, whilst small, was immaculately clean and had everything I needed. Great to have a fridge.

Amazing customer service very polite and friendly we had an afternoon train and they offered to store our suitcases until we were ready to leave London which was awesome.

There is no elevator, the stairs are too narrow, and it is absolutely difficult to carry large luggage up and down the third floor; WIFI is often disconnected: the room has a peculiar smell.
