This hotel under the Hilton chain is new, clean and a short 5 mins walk from Aldgate East Station which is at the eastern edge of Zone 1 of London's tube system. The room is spacious and comfortable. Great service from the hotel staff, especially Junaid who helped to find and bring me a new kettle quickly when I told the reception that the kettle in my room seemed to have rust at the bottom. Overall, it was a pleasant stay!

It's very close to the subway, and the breakfast is rich. But they charged 50 pounds for pre-authorization, and I don't know when I can get it back. The room is small, but it has everything. The service is generally good. They asked us to clean the room early, and it was cleaned immediately.
