The environment is average, not comparable to domestic hotels of the same price, the room is small, and I didn't try the breakfast. But it is a relatively economical hotel in this area at this time.

Very beautiful and clean hotel, the lobby is also very nice, the lady at the front desk is very gentle and even helps to carry the suitcases, it's great 👍🏻

The hotel is very close to the earl's court tube. The room is tidy, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. It was a great experience for me.

I stayed at this hotel recently, and the only positive aspect was its location. However, the experience quickly went downhill from there. My room was situated right next to the elevator, and the noise from it was unbearable, especially at night. When I brought this up to the staff, they acted as if they didn’t know what I was talking about. Although they eventually offered me free food from the room service the next day as compensation for inconvenience. The staff were unfriendly and seemed uninterested in their work, often wearing sour expressions. The atmosphere was far from welcoming or cozy, making it an uncomfortable stay overall. This place is overrated, and there are likely better options nearby. I would not recommend staying here.

Nice quiet room. Very clean. Had bathrobes and other nice touches such as crisps, biscuits and water. Comfy bed. Small bathroom. But shower fine. TV small. A lot of eateries around the corner. Close to earls court tube station. Would stay again.

Excellent location less than 5 min walk to Earls Court tube station. Lots of bars, restaurants & shops nearby. Hotel staff friendly & room was big with comfy bed. We faced main road but no traffic noise. Celebrated my daughters birthday & they left a bottle of wine in room for us, which I thought was a lovely touch. Luggage stored no problems. Great value for money & would recommend & 100% stay again.
