No light bulb provided even request was made. TV remote did not work properly and no follow up action was made. Tidiness and cleanliness of refuse bin was ignored

Room had a musty smell. There was mould in the shower and on the shower screen.

The location is quite convenient. The room for 3 people (2 beds) is okay, not too small, and not too dirty. Shower room is a bit small but clean. There is a kitchen, microwave and sink. Overall I’m good with this stay.

The room was poor and looked nothing like it did on the pictures. The staff were friendly enough, but they couldn’t control our neighbors who were loud and obnoxious. Avoid staying here.

It is in a quiet location and you can walk to cafes and supermarkets. I stayed for 3 nights and it was clean with cleaning and towels changed every day. The staff were also very kind. Thank you.
