Yes, it is an apartment reform. Very close to the department store.
The only downside is that the room we were given was in the basement and the room smelled like curry. The sound of walking on the floor can be heard every day, and the restaurant is above the room. It would be nice if you lived upstairs.

The Knightsbridge Hotel, like Firmdale's other hotels, has quirky interiors, which can work sometimes. Every year I go to Ascot and stay in London. Having stayed at a Firmdale Hotel before (The Haymarket), I chose the Knighstbridge Hotel this time. As enthusiastic as I was about The Haymarket, I was disappointed with the Knightsbridge Hotel. I had booked a luxury room. I was given an uncomfortable, narrow room; the kind of rooms given to single travellers. What was I supposed to do with a table for 6 in a narrow room? The hotel turned out to be fully booked so no other room was available. Although the staff were professional (but not cordial), I did not feel welcome at all. I don't take breakfast at Firmdale hotels because I find their breakfast poor. All in all, I will not return to The Knightsbridge Hotel. If you do want to sleep in a Firmdale hotel, I recommend The Haymarket.

Beautiful small hotel near Harrod's and on a quiet street. The most comfortable bed and such great decor. This is our favorite hotel in London! The staff is excellent and they do everything they can to make the stay enjoyable. We will be back !

This was an unexpected treat in more ways than one. The hotel is mere yards away from Harrod’s and if that’s your idea of heaven, then this is it. The hotel was clean and very comfortable with charming, friendly and helpful staff. We have stayed in’ do it yourself’ hotels where you do most of the work and so it was a pleasure to have staff who were there to help. The hotel was ‘dressed for Christmas’ and the decorations were tasteful and bright. We had afternoon tea- which was delicious -with everything made on site. Breakfast had a wide choice, the coffee was good and brought with a smile. Would we return ? Why not? This hotel is close to lots of shops and restaurants and yet wider London was easily accessible. The V&A is a short walk away, with Kensington and other museums near. Shopping, eating and culture: all the things London does best and yet in a calm atmosphere. What’s not to like??

First class in every way.
As always, the Knightsbridge was excellent in every way. The staff - friendly and so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms, both public and bedrooms, are exquisite little works of art, while still being so comfortable and cosy you don’t want to leave!

Very nice stay - highly recommended
great room, great staff, great breakfast experience. My only complaint was they put me on one of the below-street-level rooms. Windows do not open (which is a must for me) but they quickly offered me a 3rd floor room which was great.
