Fabulous stay. Our room was spotless and quite big by London standards. The hotel staff were lovely , always helpful and smiling . Can’t wait to stay again.

禮賓部等於沒有服務，不會幫忙拿行李，也不會幫忙開門。小費拿在手裡給不出去，衹能給自己。地理位置很棒，但是性價比不是很好。

總的來説挺不錯的，但是廚房蒸汽嚴重導致火警警報，近十點被趕出酒店，當時我在睡覺真的有嚇到。
早餐品種很多都很好吃，服務員的態度也都很好Z
