Fantastic location! Plus, the room was a spacious suite. Even though the lighting wasn't the best, it did have two small windows. The welcome fruit was a nice touch, and there was even a bottle of red wine – definitely felt like a special occasion. And the breakfast was delicious too. Worth it!

Gym is well equipped with new machines and very well kept. Swimming pool is nice.
Room is big for London standard and there is coffee machine with nice coffee capsule for selection. But it’s a bit aged thought it’s very clean.
Breakfast at Level 2 Terrace is very cosy and nice. Totally worth it.

Great location for Piccadilly and the London sights. Breakfast was also fabulous. Staff at the hotel go above and beyond. Special thanks to Radi Dimiatrova and Kariny Cazuza for their careful preparation of our room for our arrival. This was a reunion for me and my daughter and it was a great surprise. Thanks to all the hotel staff who looked after us during our stay and for the bar staff for looking after us with Negronis one night in the piano bar!

Hotel in a great location
Staff very helpful and accommodating
Breakfast served in a beautiful breakfast room which is mostly glass and very delightful
Breakfast choice is great and you are well looked after
Rooms are not so good though but I am led to believe that refurbishment has began and soon the rooms will be modernised

Everyone at The Dilly was super helpful and friendly, we visited for my birthday. The room was lovely - reception and concierge staff were excellent.

Staff were very friendly, bed was very comfy and as the room was a birthday gift the hotel kindly decorated the room with celebratory bunting on their own accord - a very welcome gift

The hotel are not bad but the room are so much old and the carpet was dusty the other thing is the way to the room is to long and there’s a few steps in the way so be careful with the luggage
