Хороший, приятный отель. Завтрак не сильно разнообразный, но вкусный, есть все необходимое. Номер чистый. Просят депозит при заселении (100£, оплата только картой). Если нужен переходник для европейской розетки, на ресепшене его может не быть, но можно купить в автомате на 1 этаже (8£ по карте) или в городе.
Расположение близкое к метро (DLR-линия).

I stayed for one night whilst working in London.
Great experience from friendly, speedy check in through to breakfast and online check out. The room was very quiet with really comfortable bed.
Lots of choices at breakfast and nice coffee.
Hotel is close enough to the DLR to make it suitable for accessing the wider city.

Lovely hotel and the perfect location for our trip.The colleagues were extremely attentive from reception and bar to restaurant and housekeeping they made every part of our stay a pleasant experience. Breakfast was delicious and a perfect way to start the day.

We stayed in July and there was air conditioning. However, air conditioning is basically not used in the UK in summer.
The room has windows, but they cannot be opened. Therefore, the room is airtight and the air is dirty, so we can only turn on the air conditioning.
We stayed for 5 days and could not check out late. The stay experience was very poor.
