Found it surprise that there is no mini fridge in the room. The room is also quite small as well even a for 5ft tall girl.
We also asked for room cleaning service (emptying the bin and give us a new box of tissues) yet on our return to the room, the request was not been fulfilled.
The receptionist was also rude when we asked for room change that we clearly stated on the request that we didn’t want a room at the far end but away from the lift. He then changed our room near the lift. RUDE ASIAN GUY!

The hotel is clean and sophisticated. The breakfast spread was amazing. They had full English , avacado toast, eggs to order and variety of juices and fruits .Abdul and Carlos did a fantastic job in looking after us. It is located centrally and close to all public transport. The beds are comfortable.

We had a short overnight stay to see a show in the west end. It’s a decent location with a 5 min walk to the tube station. Once given our room number, a letter on the table notified us that we were a guest of the day and were given a reward for a free room upgrade, drinks voucher and late check out. A lovely touch. This is a new hotel and therefore the hotel and room was immaculately clean, well appointed and given we were on the top floor an impressive view of the London skyline to enjoy. This is my 2nd experience using a Maldron hotel and I will be seeking them out in other destinations. Highly recommended!

The place is modern, clean and very nice, the breakfast is very good, fresh and the coffee is so good!, but the best part is the way the personal treat us. Thank you Kozan, Freyra, Jordan, Nitesh and Shania for your help. You’ve made us feel like home. Thank you again.

I was very impressed with the help and service we received at the Maldron. They upgraded the room to something larger which was amazing as all my adult kids were sharing a room. Secondly, when. one got sick they helped arrange another room so everyone didn’t get sick. And gave us the absolute best price. Thank you Jordan! This is not a cosy hotel. It is very contemporary and seems new. It is in a cool area for exploring the east end of London and has plenty of good eats nearby and lots of excellent shopping. The hotel is set back from the main roads so it is quiet. This is a perfect choice for a great price if you want to get to know this part of London!

Accueil parfait de Gabriella qui nous a dépanné d’une probable grosse galère suite à une annulation de dernière minute de l’Holliday Inn sans raison. Prise en charge impeccable au restaurant avec nos quatre enfants de Niteesh et des autres membre de l’équipe. Hôtel parfait, calme et équipe bienveillante. Famille LAROSE

L’hôtel est parfaitement situé et il est très bien équipé. La literie est très confortable. Accueil très chaleureux au petit déjeuner, Niteesh nous a même indiqué de bonnes adresses Je recommande vivement de séjourner dans cet hôtel proche de Old street
