The front desk was very welcoming, the room was spacious, and communication was easy. It was cleaned every day, the environment was clean, the facilities were complete, and the room preferences filled in when booking were met.

I just finished my trip to London, and I have to give Morton Hotel a full score! It is not a hotel but more like a home, which makes my trip to London so comfortable and beautiful. From check-in to check-out, every detail is impressive: **🧹 Hygiene**: Although the hotel is an old building with a strong British style, it is very well maintained and clean, especially the bedding and bathroom supplies are spotless, which makes people feel comfortable. **🌳 Environment**: The hotel is in an excellent location, close to Russell Square, with a beautiful environment. Across the square is the British Museum. Not far downstairs are bus 91, bus 14 and Russell Square subway station, which are very convenient to go to major attractions in downtown London. **💁 Service**: From the time I checked in at the hotel front desk, I began to feel the enthusiasm and friendliness of the waiter, especially Miss Mi Mi, who was warm and hospitable, answering all questions and responding to all requests. **🏋️ Facilities**: The hotel rooms are equipped with high-quality toiletries, hair dryers, ironing boards, slippers, and even clothes drying racks, which is really thoughtful; in addition, capsule coffee and snacks are carefully prepared for guests. She may not be very luxurious, but it must be a comfortable and warm hotel. I highly recommend it to all friends who come to London! I will definitely choose here again next time!

I chose this hotel because it is close to the British Museum. After checking in, I found that it is a small and exquisite hotel. The overall environment is clean and tidy. The hotel staff is very warm and thoughtful, making the journey full of a warm and comfortable atmosphere.

很乾凈，周圍離大英博物館，大本鐘，倫敦眼等景點都不遠。也有不少中餐，有麻辣燙及火鍋，很適合來英旅遊的中國胃遊客。

The No.1 hotel in London center in my opinion. The room is so beautiful, the service is so good, it feels like going back to the early century in the UK, Russell Square downstairs, the British Museum, Paddington subway, city center, are very convenient, leaning against the window and daydreaming as if in a novel, thinking of Jack Rowling, Charing Cross Road, Jane Eyre＞＜Emma＞the scenes in the novel👍🌞.
