The worst of the 5 Intercontinental hotels I stayed in. The bedding was the kind of transparent texture soaked with oil. When you move towards the sun, you can immediately see the dust floating up and filling your eyes. This is a small matter. The white and fat young lady at the front desk ignored the group's rule that platinum members can only check out at 2 o'clock. Otherwise, you have to pay extra. Complaints are useless. The operations manager only said sorry and hoped that we would understand, and then ended the conversation. We are really Chinese.

Only 5 mins away from North Action Station.
Great services, nice room and the breakfast is good.
A new Chinese supermarket nearby, but could find any restaurants around.
There is a huge shopping mall, Westfield, in Whitecity, which is just two stations away.
Price paid is good value for money 😉

The hotel is conveniently located, about 5 to 10 minutes' walk from North Acton Station on the Central Line.

Key Card is not working for 3-4 times after a long exhausted day and keep on need to renew my key card
Clean up my room but not the whole room properly , not to mentioned even lost my own brought pillow case

The hotel is too old, the rooms are small, and the doors have big gaps, and everyone who walks through the door feels like they are about to open your door, and the wooden floor creaks. I really don't recommend staying alone, you will be scared to death.
