Hotel rooms are good. But hotel service is very bad. Hot water not coming, ac not working, tv not working, service staff not proper. Over all if u want to only stay then this is ok but don't expats any hotel and room service.

Location is near main road. Rooms are bigger one. Near by, wax museum and many more things. Lost of shops for choking

Good hotel, clean and nice location and in the heart of lonavala. Staff was very cooperative. Food we had breakfast was very good and tasty.

This property middle in the city. Near by railway station and bus stand. Hotel neat and clean. Supportive staff.

It was good place to stay near railway station and bus station. One negative point is that it has very narrow route for reaching reception
