The way we were welcome to the resort to our amazing villa in front of the ocean it felt like a dream that you never want to wake up from it. The service is impeccable and the people working there are amazing and they go out of their way to make sure you are having an unforgettable time. They booked us a trip to go snorkeling at the pink sand beach and we cannot describe the beauty that our eyes saw. Saran Room 4 we stayed in, the air conditioner did not work maximum, maybe the maintenance needs to be paid attention to. both of the sleeping lights are broken and cannot be turned on. the rest we feel very satisfied,but it is a pity that it is not accompanied by breakfast service. Lombok Chinese people rarely stay in Kuta for a week and have not heard Chinesetown is very deserted. The resort is amazing. The beautiful courtyard has a special person who pruning flowers and plants every day. The swimming pool is also very good and the service is very good. The staff will say hello. I think it can be improved: 1. Breakfast is a fixed tea coffee juice fruit + an optional staple food, but most of the choices are Benedict eggs. What is more monotonous? If it is not recommended for more than three days, breakfast at the hotel 2 restaurants There are a lot of flies in the room, and it is very annoying when I eat. Although there is a small fan on the table, it does not work much. However, it is a problem in many restaurants in Lombok. 3 The bathroom is semi-open and connected to the backyard. It is also a night when the lights are on the floor and all the bugs are on the floor. . I’ll call the front desk and tell me to turn off the lights. 😂 I hope these measures can do a good job.

Harmony Villa is just amazing offering the perfect balance of luxury, service, quality and peacefulness for an ideal vacation with your spouse or significant other. My husband and I recently returned from a magical 8 days and were blown away by this property. The staff, simply stated, is amazing. They get to know you personally and everyone from the owner Lorraine to Hajar, Eza, Ali and the other lads were off the charts. The service is impeccable yet non-intrusive. Lorraine and Hajar are the embodiment of hospitality. They offered us recommendations to make sure our vacation was the right mix of exploration and relaxation. Our Villa was well appointed with amenities you would expect. The villa itself was spacious yet intimate. We did not hear our neighbors at all during the entire eight days we stayed there. A small refrigerator is available. There were plenty of hangers in the closet and robes you could use. It has very relaxing patio furniture in the balcony. I usually don't comment about toilets, but the one in our villa was huge! What makes the property ideal is that its centrally located and walking distance to the supermarket and a lot of restaurants. The stay was always going to be magical on this gorgeous island, but Harmony Villa took it to a level of unexpected perfection that will keep us singing their praises. Thank you to all of the incredible team for going above and beyond in making our stay truly special! We highly recommend this place.

The Matahari Inn is definitely long past its prime! It was probably once a very good hotel, but it was simply not maintained and urgently needs a complete renovation! The rooms are large and spacious, and the beds are also pleasantly large. However, you can see in the rooms that nothing has been renovated for a long time! Cracks in the tiles and the cleanliness is also rather below average! But this was still somewhat OK. BUT the bathrooms are an absolute disgrace and it is actually impossible to rent rooms with bathrooms like that! There were 3 couples of us, the same in all 3 rooms! All the fittings were rusty and corroded! In our bathroom the shower holder was broken, so the shower head always had to be held in our hand! There was no soap at the sink, no glasses for the toothbrushes, and there was only one bath towel, no extra towel! There was only one roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, no spare. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, but it is clear everywhere that the hotel management is absolutely inadequate! When the rooms are ”cleaned”, only the beds are made, the bathroom is not cleaned at all! At breakfast, the staff have to be repeatedly alerted when something is missing or finished! There were always enough service staff on hand, but no one checked independently whether everything was available. The cups and especially the saucers were also very old and not inviting to drink your coffee from! It is clear everywhere that the staff have not been trained and are not monitored or trained! The junior manager told us that the hotel had been empty for 7 years and you can tell! This hotel has so much potential as it is in an absolutely prime location, but as long as it is managed as it is currently, I can only say, never again!

Nice villa in the jungle. Some part of the villa (specially master bathroom / open air shower is too open with a broken bamboo gate, it surely needs to be fixed and the lighting can be improved so it could be 5☆ and nicer; This Villa is so amazing & heart melting, Although the road is still very narrow & hard to go through specially at night, but living 3 nights at the villa is perfectly nice & comfortable. Only thing missing is TV 🤭

Turns out it's already RedDoorz. So I'm even more sure because it's definitely okay. The rooms are spacious, I was surprised to get a room as good as this for 200k. Located in the middle of Mataram city right between Senggigi and the airport so it's okay.
