At first we were put in a room with dirt, stains, dust and ants on the balcony. We contacted the hotel staff and they offered us to change the room, we waited for about an hour waiting for the new room. The new room was cleaner, but the stains on the carpet, curtains, sofa and balcony remained in the second room.
The spa also leaves much to be desired. Other people's hair on the floor, disposable underwear is provided upon request, while changing underwear the staff stands with you in the room and watches, do not expect tea after the massage.
The hotel clearly does not reach 5 stars.

We had a wonderful time at the Pullman Lombok Mandalika. The room was incredibly comfortable and spacious, and the hotel staff were so warm and welcoming. We also had the chance to dine at their restaurant, although it was a bit on the expensive side, we felt it was worth it considering the hotel's high standards. It's important to note that the hotel is a bit far from the nearest city area, Kuta, and the capital city of Lombok, Mataram. So, if you prefer staying closer to the bustle of city life, this might not be the best choice for you. However, if you're looking for a peaceful and luxurious retreat away from the hectic pace of everyday life, this hotel is definitely worth considering.

Wonderfull stay at Pullman! Perfect beach front clear sky blue sea. We checkedin late due to flight timing had email them earlier but didnt get any response. Mentioned this to elang (recprtionist) to handled it professionally. They have scheduled shuttle to Kuta. Breakfast was pricey. Room was superb! Loveee the room

The hotel is located a bit far from the center, but there is a shuttle service that takes you to the center. The rooms were very comfortable and nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. I can't say anything about the breakfast restaurant since we didn't try it. In general, it's a place I can recommend to everyone.

It was a great place to spend time with family at the resort. The ocean was a bit difficult to use. The pool and breakfast facilities were good. The view from the beach was really nice, and I had a great time playing with my child at the pool bar, eating popcorn and shakes.
