Hotel was big and service is good. However, it was not sheltered from the wing I stayed in to the breakfast restaurant. There is also a lack of child friendly amenities. The beach was nice but not suitable for swimming and snorkeling due to the rough waves. The view from the restaurant and room was impeccable.

The hotel facilities and hygiene are OK, but the service staff is average, not up to the level of a five-star hotel. We booked the hotel's dock pick-up service, and as soon as we got there, the staff was trying to sell us a boat and car rental itinerary, trying to take private work, and the price was outrageous.
For the same dock pick-up itinerary, the hotel front desk wanted to charge us 350k. I questioned why they only charged 150k before, and he said he had read it wrong. If I didn't question it, they would just "make a mistake".
The breakfast was OK, and the dinner at the cliff restaurant and the hotel's own restaurant was average. The food at the cliff restaurant was not very delicious, but the scenery was OK.
