I like the design of the bathroom very much. It feels like a resort. It happened to be an event and there were free drinks available. The staff are very kind and friendly. Well worth a stay.

I stayed for 4 nights at the resort and it was amazing. Everyone was welcoming and attentive to my every needs. I got the room with sunset view and despite the rainy season I was able to enjoy it. I love all the services available in the hotel (as mentioned on the website). I didn’t have to get out. I had a great spa treatment, the food at the resort was yummy as well as the cocktails. The resort can answer to your every needs. All the reviews were spot on. The chef even accommodated some changes I asked for. I should I have booked for a longer stay. The view is peaceful and relaxing. The room was spacious, the bed soft and I enjoyed sleeping in it. Love the bedside story and biscuits left every night. I like hearing the sound of the waves, I was at peace and got all the rest I needed during my stay. Thanks you so much for making my stay such amazing and wonderful moment.

What a gem this place is. Five star in every aspect other than [and this is subjective], location. It's a bit off the beaten track approximately 5 minutes from the town of Senggigi in Lombok. The sunset room was brilliant.
The chef is amazing, serving up consistently great food at reasonable prices. Without exception the staff were friendly and accommodating.
We have travelled extensively through Asia over the last 10 or so years and stay in boutique hotels/villas/resorts wherever possible. This resort ranks with the best of them and I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone considering a relaxing stay on Lombok.

I'll tell you. The hotel is clean. The restaurant is divine. The breakfasts are great from the menu. But. The territory is very small. There is no private beach. It doesn't really look like a resort. Someone is constantly walking around you. There is no opportunity to relax, which is what it was all intended for. The locals can be rude to you, take pictures on their phones, and instead of the sunset you will see the heads of the locals and scarves and beads and something else that they want to sell you. There is no transport. And the administration is completely indifferent to you. Everything is very formal.

A very primitive hotel with either bugs or geckos. The hotel facilities are obviously aging. The environment is still pretty good and the space is large, but there is always a smell inside. The service attitude is quite good
