Das Personal war durchwegs freundlich und zuvorkommend. Küche ausgezeichnet. Leider waren Hunde im Speisesaal, dürfte aber wahrscheinlich eine Ausnahme gewesen sein, da der Gast ein Prominenter war. Zimmer war sehr schön, aber Familien mit Kinder sollten in einem andren Stockwerk als Familien ohne Kinder sein.

Hotel super - Personal freundlich. Die Kinder haben sich auch sehr wohlgefühlt - sehr gutes Angebot in diesem Bereich. Die Therme war auch super - ausser das lästige reservieren der Liegestühle.

Wir waren mehrfach zu Gast im Thermenhotel Sonnreich und jedesmal sehr zufrieden. Die Kombination aus Qualität des Hotels, die direkte Anbindung an die Therme Loipersdorf sowie die Lage in einer wunderschönen Naturandschaft passt für uns sehr gut. Dieses Jahr waren wir aufgrund einer verbesserungswürdigen Information über den gesperrten Hotel SPA-Bereichs enttäuscht.
