Hotels Near Muralla de Logroño in Logrono

The hotel in the old town, the room I lived in was next to the house, the room was fine, but the location was good, and it took two minutes to walk to the Cathedral Square.

One of the worst hotels i’ve ever stayed in. 4 star? Maybe 1 star. It doesn’t look like it’s been decorated since 1972, it was old and tired. Not worth the money we paid. We are travelling across Spain and have stayed in many 1 star hotels that were a lot nicer.

We stayed here for two nights. The staff were absolutely fantastic and could not do enough for you. The rooms are a very good size. And all facilities work well. Internet is good, food was good and location is excellent. They were a very accompanying hotel. We would stay here again

I walked on the pilgrimage and stayed at the hotel for a while. I was surprised at the old interior than I thought, but the cleanliness is very satisfying. The location is good and good for sightseeing. It is a pity that the sound insulation is a little bad. Still good for the price.

The apartment hotel is more than adequate for 2 persons with a kitchenette, bedroom and sitting/dining area. The location is 3 minutes walk to Grandvia and 10 minutes walk to Calle De Laurel which are lined by bars, eateries and restaurants. You pay extra for any housekeeping There is one thing to note though, the check in is completely automated and you must pay attention when you check in so that you do not miss the room number allocated. Also get the number of the reception which is located at the Sercotel Hotel in another location in the same city, just in case you need them for any services. The other thing to note is that there are few taxis waiting for passengers on the streets of Logrono or at a taxi stand. Its best if you get the taxi call number or get the bars and restaurants that you patronize to call one for you. Apart from the, Logono is just a brilliant destination for food and wine lovers

We were there during Semana Santa (Easter Processions) at ”high season” so found the place a little expensive. They are pet friendly and had very helpful, enthusiastic customer service agents working the desk that also served as concierges and who were quite helpful. The place was clean, had a full bath, bidet, etc and a cafe on site with convenient hours. There was a gas station and mini-mart within the property but also a close walk to the train station and old town with the many tapas bars and fun history and traditions.

La verdad es que fue una buena elección, hay que destacar que ya no se llama nh logroño, ahora se llama ”Hotel Logroño parque” así que no confundiros. Es un hotel sencillo, pero bastante bueno. cosas a destacar son las vistas que teníamos, la amabilidad del personal que fueron todos encantadores y la buena localización, ya que tienes varias paradas de bus cerca del hotel, y el centro lo tienes a tan solo 10 minutos andando. buena zona rodeada de bares, cafeterías y supermercados, no te va a faltar de nada. Las dos cosas malas que que podría destacar, es que no tienen los carteles de ”no molestar” o ”no limpiar, estamos durmiendo” así que no puedes ponerlo en la puerta para que no te molesten si quieres estar durmiendo, y al no tenerlos las empleadas de la limpieza, después de llamar varias veces para asegur****, pues pueden entrar y tu estar durmiendo, y la segunda es que no dispone de minibar, así que tener esto en cuenta.

This place is located in a mall, surrounded by a warehouse district and was a bit difficult to find. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the desk staff were pleasant and helpful. There is an onsite cafe that had a nice buffet and fairly priced wines that were excellent.

If you book or get offered suite 101 don’t accept it. The kitchens are at the other side of the wall to the head of the bed and the kitchen's don’t finish until 00:30 so if you like to sleep when you go to bed and your head is on the pillow make sure you change to another room. They moved us to a smaller room at 00:15 as we had been trying to sort the issue with reception from 11:00 who kept on telling us the kitchen would be closing in 10minutes, simply not true. As well as the noise issue there was an emergency fluorescent light which stayed on, not just the green lights, they tried to resolve this by sellotaping a black bag over the light, god forbid if we had had an emergency situation as the emergency light was covered over, great move by the hotel. As well as the noise and the light, having been moved to another room, we realised our suite had not been part of the hotel’s renovations, room 101 decoration and furnishings were outdated by more than 20yrs. As well as room 101 being outdated the hotel is crying out for some reinvestment to refurbish everything, the exterior is in a desperate state of disrepair, the exterior looks like it’s not been touched for 20yrs. As well as all the above the hotel were offered the opportunity to compensate us and they felt it was sufficient to offer us a box with 3 wines in it and note simply saying ‘sorry for your inconvenience, we took this back to reception and suggested it was inappropriate as we were flying home. For all the inconvenience of moving to a small room with twin beds having booked a suite, not getting to sleep until after 01:30 due to having to move rooms, we checked out being told we ere only being charged for the smaller room and not the temporary use of the suite and we later found out through our correspondence with the hotel manager who was not available at the time of our stay, that we had had a further discount off the smaller twin bedded room of 10%, 10% of what rate we will never know, I’m sure it wouldn’t have been a competitive rate anyway.
