The Hotel facilities are fantastic, both the room, the bathroom and the parking lot that we also used. I can't tell you about the food because every day we stayed at the Hotel we ate in the City.

I had a reservation with no cancellation refund. I tested positive for COVID the day before. They would not let us cancel the reservation. In the end I ended up giving up the reservation to some friends. Little empathy.

Hotel un poco apartado del casco antiguo, hay que caminar unos 20 minutos. Zona tranquila, hotel limpio, bien decorado, habitación amplia com cama comoda. Te dejan una botella de agua de cortesia, pena que sea solo la primera noche. Si pagas todas las noches igual, creo que deberian dejarte una botella cada noche y si la hsbitacion es doble, 2 botellas ya que son pequeñas. Desayuno muy bueno, con calidad y variedad. Café muy bueno y sumo de naranja natural. El bar del hotel está cerrado en agosto. Me parece que no es correcto, ya que el hotel estaba lleno y cerca del hotel no hay adonde tomar algo.

He estado por trabajo varias veces en Logroño pero en otros hoteles más antiguos, iba con muchas expectativas a este por ser más moderno pero no me gustó. A pesar de ser espacioso y bien equipado, la ubicación es alejada del centro, el personal no es muy amable ni atento. Mi habitación estaba fría y la calefacción por aire calentaba lo justo. El baño helado como una cueva por la mañana sin ningún sistema de calefacción, lo cual está muy bien en Logroño en pleno invierno frío... Llegué cansado, era tarde y salí temprano por horario de trabajo así que no tenía ganas de andar pidiendo cambio porque supuse que al cabo de un rato la calefacción por aire se haría con la habitación y estaría mejor de temperatura pero no fue así. En la zona no hay ofertas de ocio ni restauración. El precio además fue elevado. El desayuno al menos estaba bien.

While walking the Camino Frances, this hotel turned out to be the perfect stay for us. It was the perfect luxury we needed for our bodies and souls. We were kindly greeted by the hotel receptionist, Susana, who attended to our every need, e.g., checking on our backpacks, ensuring our room would soon be ready with piping hot water, and even finding one of the few pharmacies that would be open on Sunday! In the morning, Linet was our delightful waitress who hosted the grand, breakfast buffet. She aimed to please us and all the guests with all the foods, beverages, and her attentive service! There also was Max, the governess maid who came to our room responding to our request for ice. She was happy to work around our schedule. Plus, the room was super clean and extremely comfortable, while the entire hotel was super spotless! We were happy to extend our stay at this hotel, due in large part because of these wonderful persons who made us feel at home. Mil gracias!!

The AC Hotel Rioja was a typical AC hotel found in Spain and perfectly acceptable for a short stay. The rooms were clean and typical of AC. Location was on the edge of town and not in the older part but a short walk away. This type of hotel would normally rate three plus (average) which does not signal a bad hotel, but sadly it was let down by haphazard housekeeping. Trash cans were not emptied, malfunctioning light globes not replaced, safe not working, towels not totally replaced. one old towel left in sink, soap not replenished and coffee cups not replaced. Highlighting these issues hopefully will ensure future better management. Internet was good, but the TV intermittent and woeful. With attention to detail this would have been a very good hotel
